The reviews don't lie. This is a hidden gem in Toronto with bursts of flavour and care in each dish. You really have to go and try it yourself. We had the Nepali stir fry with egg noodles made in house, chicken momo, and chicken samosas. Everything we had was delicious. Our favourite had to be the momos and the stir fry. The momos were super flavourful and the flavours burst as soon you bite into it. They're also the perfect temperature. For the stir-fry you choose what you want in them, we asked for all the veggies with a chili garlic and pad thai sauce. It was sooooooo good. The egg noodles were perfect. I also got the mango lassi drink, so delicious too and perfect for a hot day. The real highlight was the service. I assume it was the owner and sons we interacted with. The owner was so cheerful and welcomed my friends and I. It felt and tasted like home cooking. She even brought out spicy chicken choila for us to try and that was super flavourful, not too spicy, but delicious.

I got momo from here and hands down, it was one of the best momo I have had in Toronto. The momo mix and the sauce had perfect mix of spice and it wasn’t too spicy or too bland. You can ask for a chilly sauce on the side in case you like your food more spicy. I also had the lassi, and it was pretty good too. The place is clean, the staff are friendly and the momo is amazing. I mean what else do you need. I am glad there is a good momo place in the east side of downtown :) But mind you, they have so many other food option besides momo. I chatted with the owner and turns out she brings over 10 years of experience from the food industry. I can see this place being the go to spot for many people.

I had noodles, Mo:Mo and Sushi from this place today for dinner as a take out and all foods taste good and healthy. I already had stir fry about a month ago which was also very good and healthy as well. Price is also reasonable and you will also be very happy with amount of food you will be served for that price. The space is not that big to dine in but you will still enjoy the street view while having your favourite food. The owner is also nice and may have some kind of offer either discount by some % or buy two foods and get 3rd one free. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend this place for lunch, dinner or snacks. Below are the exact words from my daughter

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Bowl and Snacks," a fantastic Nepali restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience.

One dish that particularly stood out was the momo, a classic Nepali dumpling. The momos at "Bowl and Snacks" were simply outstanding, with a delicate and perfectly steamed exterior that gave way to a flavorful and juicy filling. They were served with a delightful dipping sauce that added an extra layer of taste to the dish. I found myself reaching for seconds, unable to resist the temptation.

To conclude, "Bowl and Snacks" is a Nepali restaurant that truly delivers an outstanding dining experience. With their delectable food, friendly service, and inviting ambiance, it's no wonder that this place has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike. If you're in search of authentic Nepali cuisine that will delight your taste buds, look no further than "Bowl and Snacks." I highly recommend paying them a visit, and I am already looking forward to my...

I am so happy to be a regular customer of this small business. I eat here regularly and Rashmi (the owner) has magic in her hands, her cooking just touches your soul!! The momo and chicken choila are so authentic and yummy - it tastes exactly like I am back home in Nepal! I'm so glad that she opened this so more people who live close to downtown can experience it and not have to travel so far east or west anymore. The location is also perfect because the neighbourhood is so diverse so I'm glad that all different walks of life are trying Nepali cusine.

Asides from Nepali food, they have different types of bowls and salads and you can add any items you like. I've had the sushi and the Nepali cuisine so I will have a bowl on my next visit. Clean, friendly, and most of all tasty, this small business is one you will regret if you don't support it. Talking with the owner more, I also found out that she is a single mother and it touched my heart. So much courage, strength and flavour comes with her life experience. I highly recommend everyone to try it - it caters to all types of taste buds and food...
