Burger King — Restaurant in Toronto

One of the worst Burger experiences I've ever had! Ordered a double whopper with no onions, pickles and tomatoes and then a spicy chicken sandwich combo.

I received a regular whopper, not a double! The burgers seemed like they were made 3-4 hours ago. it had all the toppings that I didn't want. Leads me to believe I just received the wrong choice.

The crispy chicken felt like it was made 5-6 hours ago. Forget it being hot, it wasn't even warm. It was a room temperature burger disgrace.

The fries were overly salted. Like I had one or two fries and couldn't finish the remaining since the salt content was overpowering.

I ordered an Oreo chocolate milkshake and that was fine. What an utterly disgraceful experience. The guy in the drive thru was overly quick and seemed to rush everything which led to this nonsense coming out.

The one star is for the shake...I got charged for something I didn't get...

I hate reviewing places, but the people need to be aware of the mess that came out of this specific...

Frequently go to this burger King around 3 am as we work nights. Have been going about once a week for the last 6 to 8 months. Usually we have amazing service, and food is hot and prepared well.

Went tonight and it was absolutely horrible. Food was cold and hard, service was bad. Tried to order off the app, app said the restaurant was closed, ok they are open, tried to redeem an offer that was on the app and was told that the offer didn't apply to that store, yet it applies to every other store. Asked if they would honor the offer, on THEIR OWN APP, that I was physically showing them and they said no.

Lady at the window offered no solution, just kept telling me that they don't control the app, ITS THEIR APP, and there was nothing she could do.

2 separate orders, 3 drinks, all whopper meals Everything was correct in the bags Had to ask which drinks were which as she only marked 1 of them and they were all colas

Their is short guy that works there 2nd time i have been there in the evening with a very bad know it all personality attitude I heard him arguing with middle-aged lady about tomatoes 🍅 on her burger Talking to her as if she was dumb I walked out of the restaurant immediately NO THANK Lawrence and Dufferin I went to Wendy's instead

When to Burger King location at Lawrence and Dufferin 18th January at 1735 very disappointing I ordered 2 can dine for 16.99 I told the cashier no salt on my fries and extra lettuce n tomato on both burgers The cashier put the fries cup on the fries basket which was sitting their when i got there When the burgers were ready 10 minutes later the cashier was about to put the cold fries into the bag with the burger and so i stopped him he got pissed off and told me its going to be awhile When i got and was ready to eat the burger was cold the fries salty no extra lettuce no extra tomato POOR...
