I've been shopping here for years. It is so cheap and you will find nice stuff for reasonable price.. However, the employees are not professional. Be mind you they scream to each other like a 3rd world country ( most employee from Phillipins, I like filpinos but please not like this.) I like the service sometimes but screaming to each other infront of customers is not good. They always argue to each other. They argue about the price they argue about the merchandize. Owner is a nice guy but he should invest in good employee and communication equipment. In Value village and Salvation they employed persons with disability and you never hear them screaming like this. I cannot imagine working and shopping in this place. There is no respect to each other. You will find nice clothes in here. Just mind you the employees. Maybe close your ears. Sometimes close your eyes too as they will give you an irritated look in the cashiers.

As much as I like to shop here, will not comeback to this place again. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment in any place specially Canada.

This is my go to store for everything except groceries and medication. The staff and owner are very helpful and informative, if you need something and it’s not available they are fully aware of their shipments and when it comes they will either notify you. Staff will help you find what you want. Big shoutout to the cashiers , exemplary set of ladies, their patience and tolerance is unmatched. Being a customer for the past 12 years. and I’m never disappointed. always an happy customer. cheers to excellent service . To add the store have a testing station for electronics and they have male staff who help to check products with customers for missing parts and if packages are incomplete, to my honest opinion I find this store very honest with the condition of their products. I am giving this review based on honesty, as the shop has no clear rules about their return policy. There is a very big signboard on the right side when you enter the store, they have mentioned the exchange policy with a receipt. However, when I wanted to exchange defective item with the receipt, the cashier told me it was only for electronics. I asked her why the sign only mentioned “exchange with receipt” and did not specify that this policy was for electronics. She had no answer and gave unreasonable reasons. Their prices are close to top brands, but they are selling garbage and defective items. If someone knows shop selling garbage than ofcourse everone will check your items.I will never go back...
