A Memorable Experience at The Bubble Toronto – Thanks to the Incredible Staff!
I recently had the chance to visit The Bubble Toronto, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience—made even better by the amazing team of staff who work there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly energy that instantly set the tone for a fun and exciting time.
One of the standout qualities of The Bubble Toronto is how genuinely welcoming and helpful the staff are. Whether it was explaining how everything works, making sure we had the right gear, or encouraging us throughout the games, they were attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear that they’re passionate about what they do and want every guest to have the best possible time.
They were also incredibly organized and professional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Our session started right on time, and the staff guided us through a quick but thorough safety orientation, making sure everyone understood the rules. They were patient, answered every question we had, and made sure that even those in our group who were new to bubble soccer felt comfortable and excited to join in.
What I appreciated most was how the staff engaged with everyone in such a positive and fun way. They were always nearby to offer tips, cheer people on, or share a laugh, which really added to the energy of the place. It felt less like we were just customers and more like we were being hosted by friends who genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves.
Beyond the gameplay, the facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere. But again, it’s the people who work there that really elevate the experience. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves with great memories—and we...
Read moreOverall the experience for my kids was great, my kids truly enjoyed their time at the orfus road location. What I appreciated was the staff inside the bounce area very attentive to the kids and I even saw one employee playing with a child who was playing by herself. And I was very impressed with one staff I wish I got her name who made it a point to ask me if my kids were having a nice time and of there's anything I needed to ask her. Now the only reason I gave 4 stars are two factors. 1. I do believe the prices are a bit outrageous I paid $215 for 1 hour for my family of 6 to jump this included 6 arcade cards which finished in 20 mins and 6 drinks. During check in time I had to explain 2 of my children have special needs and very sensitive sensory issues and would not leave a wristband on at first the manager told me it's mandatory to have them on so as a parent I felt very conflicted but I do believe she made all the staff aware of my kids not wearing one, I did have to explain to 4 different staff members and they were understanding thankfully. I do suggest to cater to children with these sensory issues maybe using a sticker method so us parents can maybe put the stickers on the back of their shirts so the children are still recognized as a paying customer and the sticker is not visible for them to know it's there and the staff can identify children with wristbands or stickers so parents like myself don't need to explain multiple times why they're not wearing the required wristbands.
Overall, I would come back but maybe once a year as the price is very expensive. But thank you to all the staff that made our visit a fun...
Read moreI attended with my 3 kids (2, 7 and 9) for a birthday party and we absolutely loved it.
We had 1 hour to play at the inflatapark to begin with and it was a touch chaotic but it helped that there were a lot of employees attending the area. There was an instance where an employee spoke up when some other children were playing a little too rough. They also had walkie talkies so they were able to communicate amongst each other. The inflatapark was large with many slides and one of the parts my kids liked the most was similar to the warped wall obstacle in America ninja warrior. They offer 3 walls side by side and the big kids loved it. They also limit the capacity in the inflatapark so it was quite spacious.
We then had access to a party room for an hour. It came with someone who helped serve the pizza and cake to the kids. The server was very polite and hands-on.
After pizza and cake we went to play laser tag for half an hour. The employee is able to assign the teams almost instantly and he was very efficient in explaining the rules. Inside, there are a lot of places to hide and camp (only 1 level, no climbing structures inside) and shoot each other but the kids mostly ran around chasing each other with guns. There was an attendant inside the room when a kid had an issue with their gun. We managed to play two games and the kids had a blast!
Finally, we had 20 credits per kid to play at the arcade. Nothing really special at the arcade but the flashy lights and games always gets the kids.
We learned that it was about $50/kid but I must say this experience was very positive...
