Their system went down right after payment and then they claimed we didn’t pay. Showed them our banking app to prove that the transaction went through but they held our drinks “hostage”; still making them but not giving them to us. The drinks sat on the counter for a while after being made since there was no proof of payment on their end, although we showed several proofs on our end. Employee working called the manager who had to verify the purchase went through and told us we needed to wait. We waited 15 minutes post order only for them to still say they had no transaction record yet and they were still waiting and it could take several more minutes. After several attempts of trying to prove that payment went through (showing the employee the RBC app, the Apple wallet transaction, etc.) they finally gave us our drinks after 20ish minutes but the manager on the phone insisted that he collect our information to contact us regarding the validity of our claim that the bill had been paid. I’m no expert, but I imagine it would take more than just my phone to create some fake transactions and fake apps right there on the spot that would show the exact same amount. Read moreI swear that whenever I placed the order of Brown sugar pearl roasted milk tea with sea salt creama through Uber which is $10.20 each, I have never got the sea salt creama. Its been more than 5 times already. Its really complicated when I requested the refund through Uber so thats reason why I rarely complained to them. Today, I tried to order through your online platform to try another luck, and still, AGAIN, no SEA SALT CREMA for 2 orders ( which meant I paid $20.40 for roasted milk tea and pearl 🥲), At that moment, I already knew how dumb am I when kept on supporting your business. Going to the store, 15-20 mins to wait Ordering online, I have never ever got the right order. 5-6 times I tried to support you guys. Read moreI don't believe in 1 star reviews but they truly earned it. Placed an order for drinks for takeout via the app. The drinks were made and placed on the pick up counter.
I asked for it to be put into a bag with a tray (because I have to drive with it). The guy there put a bag on the counter for me to do myself. While he bagging another order. As I am loading my drink into the tray one of them rolled off the counter and split open when it hit the ground.
I offered to clean the mess.
Usually when you buy food from literally anywhere, they don't just hand your take out containers and make you do it yourself.
I thought he would remake my drink free of charge because it really wasn't my job to be doing that. However, he asked me if I was going to order anything. I ordered and I paid.
I have been coming here for years but I will never order from this location.
