Pizza Depot at Ellesmere in Scarborough has always been a reliable spot for good food, but my recent experience was elevated to an entirely new level thanks to the incredible service of Unnati. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with warmth and genuine care that instantly made me feel valued as a customer. What stood out most was her attention to detail—she didn’t just take my order, she ensured everything was handled with precision and care, making sure I was fully satisfied at every step.

Unbelievably Poor Service – Never Ordering Again

I had one of the worst experiences ever with this restaurant. I placed an order for a Tandoori Paneer Pizza, and what followed was a complete disaster. Six different delivery drivers were assigned one after another—none of them delivered the food. Then a seventh driver was dispatched, and to our shock, the order still hadn’t even been prepared.

We waited for over 1 hour and 30 minutes with no food. When we called the store, they casually said the order had already been picked up—which clearly wasn't true. There was zero coordination between the store and delivery service, and absolutely no accountability.

To make matters worse, after all that time and frustration, Uber Eats cancelled the order completely without any resolution.

This experience was a complete waste of time and energy. The service was careless, unprofessional, and frustrating from start to finish.

I will never order from this place again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well. Totally unreliable and not worth your money. If there is option of zero then I will definitely...

I have ordered a combo thing from uber last night in which it said 2 medium pizza with 2l pop and 10 wings. I upgraded the pizza's to large. My order number is #303fc. I did not receive large pizza i got only medium one's and 2l pop was replaced by just one 500ml I called the restaurant and the person said yes they know they did this because it was there closing time and he adviced me to take refund from uber. Which i tried and they refused. i told him and he said he will call the customer care of uber about this. I just want to know is this the way restaurants function? if the restaurant is closing and we are placing order and it is accepted by the restaurant. Isn't it the responsibility of restaurant to provide the complete order or atleast inform that they could not make. I had to face embarrassment infront of my friends. Moreover had to order from somewhere else. Really disheartening and unprofessional. Please if you love ordering from here like i do make sure not to order after 9pm.
