Lots of selection out there and honestly not that bad, but I would say that it is quite expensive and fairly mediocre for what you order. The food isn’t bad, but it’s not great.

Their cheesecake is quite different tasting than other cheesecakes out there, I can’t seem to put my finger on it, but I’m not a huge fan of it. This is all preference though, and I’m sure many will like their cheesecakes. (Maybe it’s the cream? Maybe it’s the type of cheese? Idk) Their tiramisu cheesecake just tasted like their normal cheesecake but with cocoa powder on top. I was quite disappointed as it didn’t give off the iconic rum or coffee (to replace rum) taste that tiramisus are known for. It was also 15$, so it wasn’t cheap at all for a square of tiramisu.

The milkshake is also fine, it is what you expect of a milkshake- something you could probably make at home by blending ice cream.

The rest of their dessert are, again, not bad at all, and I would honestly come back to just try to have a bit of everything on their menu. But the prices are holding me back a bit.

Overall: Too mediocre to be expensive. Not a bad place at all, but it wouldn’t fair well against other authentic dessert places that are cheaper or within the same price range. However, since dessert places are only now starting to become mainstream, it’s interesting to have more of these open up (especially for late...

After having experienced an amaazing assortment of dessert and delicacies at their College St. location, I was looking forward to explore the menu and also rediscover one of my favourites from the staple menu- The Ferrero Rocher Skillet Cookie. Unfortunately, I was informed that this was an express location, according to the staff there. I highly recommend checking out their menu ahead of time, if you are interested in some of their original menu items. I still enjoyed my order of their Build Your Own Funnel Cake Fries for $13.99 + taxes. The best part is being able to customize my own toppings (3) and sauces (2) from their longgggg list of available options from fruit to chocolate to brownie bits. The dish also comes with a side of ice-cream options between chocolate, vanilla or a twist of both. I would say the quantity is quite tempting and filling for 2-3 people since the sweetness is overpowering for one person alone. The shakes and their waffles did not meet my expectations and are not a good way to spend your money there. The only worthy/unique item worth the money, I'd say is the funnel fries. It was super busy on the weekend but the foot traffic is steady and there's always a table available because their...

MY family and I stopped by to pick up dessert on the way home . The store was packed. I observed customers who were there before me as well as those who came in after me . My family and I sat down waited approximately 40 mins for our take out order. Mind you we order 1 shake , 1 slice of cake and a crepe. As we watched customers who ordered after us get their orders .. customers who ordered before us receive their orders …. I observed our cake slice cut and placed in a container… left open…for almost 7 mins …. Our “order “ was supposedly in a bag shoved in a corner with no one tending to it . I approached a staff , showed my receipt and asked for my order. .. I addressed the lengthy wait time … when he looked at my receipt, he looked for my bag and it was definitely the one in the corner. By the time I received my order the place was packed with all new faces . I was the only one there left waiting.

I’m sorry but this establishment was very DISORGANIZED and the cake slice that was left out was dry. I will not return and will drive to the Pickering location if I choose to revisit a...

I wish I could say my experience here matched the hype — but unfortunately, I had almost the exact same problems as other reviewers. The service was inconsistent and honestly pretty dismissive. I was confused about how things worked, and instead of getting a clear explanation, I got brushed off. When I asked for help from a manager, nobody seemed to know who that was or how to reach them. It felt unorganized and unprofessional. On top of that, the food itself was disappointing. The desserts looked good at first, but the execution just wasn’t there. Dry cakes, milk poured the wrong way so it didn’t soak in, and portion sizes that didn’t match what you’d expect for the price. To make it worse, simple requests or feedback were ignored — which just shows poor customer service. I came here excited to celebrate, but left frustrated. Between the inconsistent service, lack of accountability, and subpar food, I can’t recommend this spot. Agree with other reviews: if you’re looking for good food and good service, this just isn’t it.

If your not indian dont come here. My experience here was less than a 1 star. Told they don't serve you just order and sit. Than you gotta pick up your order. Than i get a small plate for a dessert I am use to getting in a much bigger plate. I asked for a manager and they said they dont know. Wanted someone to talk to from head office, and they said they dont have that information. Earlier was told they don't serve people yet I sat here and seen they came from the back and served someone and said they only serve some items. Also stated this is an express location but no sign stating that. I came to celebrate my brothers birthday but I guess because I was the only black person here is the reason i was treated differently. So if your looking for poor service, a place where employees don't know their names, a bunch of people who couldn't careless about service and a washroom and garbage area filled. Than this is the spot for you ......

I love this dessert place. And love their pistachio milk cake. But this time I just didn't like my overall experience. I ordered pistachio milk cake, while ordering I mentioned it to the cashier that last time when I ordered this it didn't have enough milk and made the cake dry. And humbly requested her to add a little more milk so that it's enough for the entire piece. But when I received the order it was so disappointing. You can clearly see in the picture that the upper half of the cake is dry and not at all soaked in milk. They pour the milk in the container and then keep the cake piece. It should be inverse. The cake should be placed first, milk should be poured above it so that the entire cake gets soaked in that sweet milk. And later top it up with whipped cream and pistachios. Very poor customer service. Like my suggestion and request was ignored completely. I am feeling terrible but hey what kind of customer service is this?
