Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Toronto

I really liked the place..pretty new and everyone was upbeat and enthusiastic..when I got down to paying I couldn't find a place to tip..must be the only place in York U that doesn't demand it! I told cashier and servers that..and she said if you want to do something for us write a review online..so here it is!

Great food. I tried the burrito and the tacos. I give the tacos the #1 spot, 3 in one order, soft or hard, able to mix up your meats. Pork is nice, spicy chicken is the best in my opinion. Choice of white or brown rice. Fresh looking (and tasting) ingredients. Burrito is packed full. They don't skimp on anything.

Pretty good pricing at $12.50 for all the options. Dine in you sit on these stools..felt a bit cramped but I think it's okay for a quick bite.

Had a horrendous experience at this chipotle, entitled and rude staff, terrible portions and overall a terrible experience. The portion on all 3 of our orders was sad at best, I had asked for a little bit more meat as they had given me almost nothing and was responded to with, it’s only 4 ounces per customer and he gave me 1 more piece and said that’s just for this time. Extremely rude staff, I was left waiting at the counter for over 10 minuites with 3 staff standing there and watching us as I said “I am late, please let me pay” and was responded to with she is on the phone. 3 staff not doing anything watching this. The meat was also lukewarm at best, it was terrible and unsanitary inside as well. Truly a disgusting disappointment from what...

My first time visiting chipotle, I go in and order and tell me why we are being rushed by one of their workers! (Short Asian lady with glasses). I’m asking more of something and she was already closing the bowl without asking “anything else”? And when I did ask for extra she wants to give a side eye, if you don’t like your job then leave bro. Stop making it a bad experience for others, she was also rude to the other employees there. He’s trying to put food in my friend’s bowl, and she just pushes him and grabs the bowl making the toppings drop on the floor. Not to mention how messy she is, when getting sour cream she wants to put in on the side of bowl instead of the middle making the bowl get drenched everywhere!! Hire...
