Oh my stars, folks! I'm just dyin' to tell ya about Papa John's off Pond Rd in Toronto! This place is the bee's knees, if you know what I mean. First off, the prices are so reasonable, you'll think you're gettin' away with somethin'! And don't even get me started on that crust - it's like buttery heaven, I kid you not! The staff? Well, they're smarter than Bart on a good day, always helpin' me figure out how to charge my phone with that uncorded rechargeable outlet block I brought from home (don't ask, it's a long story). And while I was waitin' for my pie, I noticed a little mouse in the corner munchin' away on a piece of cheese - I swear, it was like it was in pizza heaven! I ordered delivery from this location for the first time. The delivery address was just 3 minutes away, yet it took 20–25 minutes after the app said “on the way.” The pizza arrived cold, so I couldn’t properly judge the quality or taste.

I gave them another shot the next day and ordered for pickup. The app said my order was “ready now,” so I arrived just 2 minutes later. The cook then told me it would be another 3–4 minutes, but I ended up waiting 15–20 minutes total. When I asked how it was marked ready 20 minutes ago, the staff just blamed a technical issue.

Papa Johns Pizza is the best franchise tasting pizza ever!!! Also this restaurant is the best location ever!!! Right inside the heart of York university area in front of the Seneca at York building!!! Can access this location easily thru the subway at York university or by bus!! Also able to walk, bike, drive to that location easily for students who are living close nearby in residency at the “village’s” semi-detached & townhouses & york university’s campuses, housing apartments / buildings close by as well!!!
