I’m pretty much new to the area, and honestly I don’t really write reviews. I myself thought a crepe was a roti, but I was absolutely flabbergasted by this place called Crepe delicious. For those wanting a honest review let me explain what it’s been like for me my last couple trips to this store.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Crepe Delicious, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This cozy little store has won me over with their exceptional customer service, impressive efficiency, impeccable cleanliness, unwavering respect, delicious food, and prices that don’t seem to be overly demanding! Allow me to share my delightful experience in more depth.

From the moment I stepped into Crepe Delicious, I was greeted warmly by their friendly and attentive staff. Now that I re read this review, I must say, there was no need to write this much, however I guess you can say, when you’re filled with positivity from an experience and you let those memories take control of the review, you just end up typing endlessly. Haha thankfully there’s no word limit! I truly hope everyone goes to this place and tries it with the same positive demeanour I shared towards...

I rarely ever post reviews however this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I was at the store last night and as the worker was making our food, we knew it was not what we ordered or wanted and requested a refund on 1 of the 2 items we ordered. The worker told us that we can try it and if we don’t like it she’ll be able to refund us. We tried the order and as expected we did not like it. We asked for a refund for the one item and she advised that she doesn’t know how to refund us as she’s a new employee, despite what she previously advised us. She was the only employee in the store and even called her manager however they were unable to provide a refund. I left my contact information with the store and visited a second time today. A different lady who was at the front refused to provide me a refund until we took down our previous review, which is incredibly unethical. I’m not the one who posted the review and my friend who posted it was in a meeting at the moment. The lady expected me to sit there and wait for my friend to answer and take down the review otherwise she would not refund me. Reviews are a way to share our experience and it is absurd that she was not willing to refund me until the review was taken down. I ended up having to leave the store as I cannot continue to waste my time. Unfortunately I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would not recommend going to this business AT ALL as customers pay the price for inadequately trained employees. It’s no surprise that they don’t really have customers in their store and are clearly struggling to generate business.

The manager has my phone number and is free to call me to further discuss this. However I will not be manipulated into taking down my review for an experience that was beyond disappointing and unprofessional.

In response to the owners comment below: you’re now claiming that that you cannot process a refund due to system limitations however earlier today you made it clear that you would not refund me until I took down my review. Why lie and act like you did not try to manipulate me into taking it down? I don’t care for the $16 refund anymore, I care that customers can witness the unethical way you choose to operate. You’re claiming that we posted multiple reviews after visiting however this is the only one that was posted in addition to the original one. If you want “reviews to reflect honest, firsthand experiences” then you shouldn’t have refused to refund me until I took it down. YOU are dishonest by attempting to manipulate your reviews to make your business look better instead of allowing people to share their bad experiences. Attention Management!! I am on of your regular customer. So the day that incidents happen i was there. I knew very well the lady gonna do this ( giving a bad review). Me and my wife orderd half an hour ago and left, asked faria to make it later for us when we will back. When we came back and saw that lady was saying she found a hair in her gelato. So your staff very nicly tried to say her it never happend, and you guys make it in a very hygiene way. The lady immediately push rudely the gelato to her and said "did i put my hair?" she again nicly said no, sorry.. And replaced it. In the mean time she saw us. And served us immediately as we orderd first and left. Highest she took 15 min to complete all of ours ( all the customers) order. Last day while going i didn’t saw her, so as usual i checked your reviews, cz i was pretty sure she (that lady)gonna put a review. So now i edited my review. First day me and my dog was staring gelatos from out side, after seeing she immediately open the door for us and welcomed and asked for sample. At 3rd time visiting with complete satisfaction i asked her name. Such a nice woman. As a casual talking my wife ask her when she come in store. She said every day without friday and Saturday. So last day my wife went, today at morning i came from in front of the store. At that day she was saying me that i need to call my boss to let him know cz she was panicked. She is such a good human. Mistakes happen but its not her fault. Such a long review i know.. But i love all your food.. Amazing..🥰🥰 And your all staffs are really good. They maintained the store really nicly.
