Well particularly this East Indian male.Is always an issue when you remind him to wear the mask correctly. (I haven't been at this location for more than a year). By now he's not so happy. you got to be careful what he does with your food from now on . Second what you order .He already got in mind that you going to order who knows what in a bowl. Second round and argument about what you want he already assume that you want a bowl so you going to have a bowl you like it or not!! He's going to charge you accordingly (whatever is on his mind) well finally I convinced him to make me a burrito 🌯. What he charge me sounds like a lot of money I asked him what he's making me . He said you ask for a small.burrito . I reply I never asked you for a small or large or super big or any size.. I start thinking of what he charged me and the numbers don't add up. I asked for a receipt .He look at me a bit confused.!! ? ? And now that he can't do anything else except face reality!! He said oh I made a mistake I charge you too much.. isn't that wonderful!! So he gave me like $2 in change. Now I finally get my chicken 🌯. That taste like pork because I personally believe that was either a mistake or a payback!! I get off of the store I sit outside I open it I start chewing and is like chewing an ice cream. The vegetables were freezing. This remind me of the movie Nacho libre!! This was the worst food I have eating in a long time. Well the goods part of the story . Brought back parts of the movie!! Please do yourself a favor stay away from this place!! And if you decide to came here be careful with what you...
Read moreI ordered a shrimp burrito. I was asked if I wanted green peppers. In the minds of many, that means bell peppers, not jalapenos!I even double-checked, and he said they were indeed green peppers. This makes no sense to me as the ingredient board does not list them as green peppers but as jalapenos. Mind you, I have a food sensitivity to spice, which is why I did not get any spicy sauces on my burrito. I thought my food was safe to eat, so when I got back to campus, I took a big bite, only to be surprised by the extreme spice and pain from my burrito. This happened on February 17th, and today, February 21, I am currently suffering from 20+ canker sores and have had a swollen lip since the burrito, which means that drinking water, eating, and talking burn and hurt. Regardless of language barriers, there is an ingredient list on the wall that everyone can see. Furthermore, the service was just plain bad. It's a horrible and painful experience; they're lucky they haven't gotten sued, even though it is completely warranted...
Read moreHealth Violations Galore: Complete disregard to health food safety. Myself and several colleagues watched in disgust and horror when the employee here took cash/credit orders with plastic gloves on, and then went straight to preparing the food without changing gloves. Each and every container of ingredients was essentially contaminated with god-knows-what as she dipped her plastic gloves in preparing the burritos. This went on for about 3 customers ahead of us. Reaching out to head office yielded zero ownership for the violation. Received a scary response as in 'she was still in training' - which begs the question: if your employees are cross-contaminating food and exposing hundreds of customers to disease and germs during training of all things, then at what point do they forget the training and pay attention to standards and safety? Hmm. I'll PASS on this restaurant - surely...
