I am super late for this review. This is from July 21. I went to the store at around 11:00pm because it said store as open until 2:00am or 3:00am. I entered the store and guy working there sighed so badly like I made a mistake and he was like what the hell, another one. I was taken aback like what just happened. I talked to another worker there and she said that they closed at 11:00. I told her that online it says that they are open until later. Otherwise I would never go to a restaurant at closing time and she said that those are the summer timings which doesn’t make sense because it was summer. And more customers entered behind me thinking that they were still open and that guy kept saying rude stuff like it was our mistake that you had wrong timings online. Also, when i came home, I realized i got both the ice cream flavors wrong (picture attached). Worst customer service ever. Would never go back. Your employees need to do better

I went today around 7pm. I came in looking for a little something to satisfy my sweet tooth. I planned on getting that new lemon cookie, it sounded like it would be super tasty. Unfortunately, they were out. The man behind the service counter offered some suggestions. I ended up going with the s’mores deluxe and the new strawberry basil cookie. I was a little nervous about the strawberry basil, as I can be pretty picky. But once I took the first bite, it was so delicious! It was filled with a lemonade flavoured jam and the flavours all went very well together!! Hopefully they have that lemon cookie next time I come in :)

Good sweets and great service! We ordered the brownie with a big foot and s’mores scoop. The ice cream was average tasting, but the brownie was really good! We also ordered the limited edition apple cider donut cookie, which was so delicious and served hot. It was overall pretty yummy, and the staff was very kind. Our total came up to $16. The prices are a bit high however, and in my opinion, overpriced for the ice cream combos. Would visit again to try more of their exclusive cookies!

AMAZING. 10 STAR! Service from the gentleman working tonight (6/23/24) I was experiencing an issue ordering through UberEats because it said delivery is unavailable.

I then proceeded to call their customer support line and an amazing lady from the USA order placing line answered the phone and transferred me straight to the store where I spoke to the guy.

Mentioned the issues to him, and he was polite enough to help me with my issue by recommending I download DoorDash. (Because DoorDash covered a longer distance from the store)

Without him I would’ve never known this workaround - and I would’ve been forced to drive 30 minutes to the store on a one way from my evening on the couch relaxing.

Now awaiting for the cookies to arrive, will update with pictures!

Ordered on Uber. I live around the corner. Uber says the store will be handling delivery. The final delivery time comes in. 20+ minutes past of waiting in the lobby I get a notification that my delivery was delivered. Strange as I was in the lobby and did not see anyone come through.

Went up to check my door nothing. Went back down and checked around the door. Nothing.

Expensive cookies, and even if you tip 13 bucks on top of the delivery fee they will claim to have delivered without dropping anything off. Disappointed, and will definitely let everyone know to avoid.
