My visit was straightforward, with the service being both quick and decent. The staff efficiently handled my order, which is my go-to— a large taro milk tea with no sugar, less or no ice, and coconut jelly as a topping. The balance of flavours in the taro milk tea is always spot on, and the coconut jelly adds a delightful texture without overwhelming the drink.

One of the things I appreciate most about this location is its setting within a plaza, which offers the opportunity to explore a variety of other food places nearby. This makes it easy to pick up a drink and then browse other options if you're in the mood for a snack or meal. The combination of a convenient location and a reliable drink selection makes CoCo a solid choice.

No improvement on staffing, no one wants to work there because your staffing budget is too lean. I ordered online and waited patiently for 30 minutes at 10:00 pm Friday. The 2 staffers were calm, professional and working as fast and organized as they could. Come on, the manager should be the only person on a shift like this to learn the lesson of stressing your staff out. When the union is calling, then this will drive your labour costs up, take care of your staff as much as you can. It is not appropriate to make your customers wait more than 15 minutes, we should get the tea free after quarter of an hour wait time

Went here earlier this week and I was absolutely fuming. First off, how hard is it to make a mango smoothie with coconut jelly? I went in with no welcoming from the cashier girl and she had her head down and everything while I was ordering. After handling the cash she did not even wash her hands and touched the cups and utensils I was truly shocked. After getting my drink it was so sugary, im sure she did it on purpose. I was about to ask for the manager since I did not receive any customer service at all until this Chinese tall guy with glasses came.
