There seems to always be a monthly special for the bubble tea. The month of December has the Red Velvet Series Milk Tea and the Caramel Dulce Milk Tea. It is of the large size. I like getting the monthly special because there is always a discount with it. I ordered my drink with no ice... And the lady who made my order put ice in it. It's not a deal breaker for me... But if my food that I ordered was wrong then I'd get annoyed and tell them that they messed up. Anyways, this was the first time this location messed up my order after I've gone here for about a year to get the drinks here.

Today I visited Malvern/Tapscot location. Customer service was disrespectful, and rude. My son and I stood there for a good 5 minutes plus and not one out of the two Customer service once spoke to us and this is not the first time. I will not be visiting there again. They have no politeness and regards for paying and regular customers. I'm very, very saddened by there behavior. Poorest...

I have tried almost everything in the coco. I go there once a week. It became one of my favourite place. My favourite is Mango Slush with pearls. Also Strawberry slush as well. Also one ombrĆ© drink, to keep me hydrate is Pearl Milk tea with brown sugar pearls. With less ice. It makes me happy to drink such a tasty drinks. Itā€™s my treat after hardworking day....
