I used to go to this location before and never unserstood why they have few employees there and only one serves you and the other ones are busy doing other tasks and can clearly see cx are waiting but clearly they don t care for us waiting. Yesterday, a woman throw the receipts at me and then walked away. When i asked to speak with a manager, they all played the no english card and made wait for someone else who apparently is the only one that speaks english in that place I told her after waiting 15 min that i just needed to get my money back which i did but she was not interested in knowing what happened or address the issue and they both talked in their language , neither did i get any apologies. 1st time ordering as opposed to visiting. Ordered the fried chicken legs, wings and fried shrimp and Rolled tofu. 2 combos. 1 with white rice, beans and garlic? salmon (battered). 1 with veg fried rice, calamari and pepper beef. The batter on the fried chicken is thick, ends up being chewy, the chicken itself is seasoned well and has a hint of pepper. The fried shrimp, although fried perfectly has a bitter after taste, even once peeled. I wholeheartedly regret getting the rolled beancurd, I am unsure why it tastes like it was placed in the corner of a cupboard, apologies if this is normal. This is my go-to place because it is quick and cheap. But today, the white lady was very rude to us and especially to the old man asking question. The workers were rude and not accommodating. We were only 5 people in line but they were rushing us. Now, no one is in line. They are relax and just talking to each other so why are they being rude to customers. Instead of being excited eating the meal, we had a bad vibes now because on how they got our orders.
