Coffee Time — Restaurant in Toronto

Been coming to this location for years now and have always loved the coffee, although at times there are some very undesirable customers that frequent this place because of the neighborhood. I still support it because its close to home, and a few friends go here aswell. To conclude most of the staff are great, particularly Lynah the Barista is a hard worker and cares about her job . She would make a great manager/regional supervisor and is truly an asset to this business. Treat her well and pay her fairly, you don't keep great employees if you don't treat them right and help them grow within the organization.She has the perfect attitude for this...

I Came in at 4:50 to get a beef patty multiple people are sitting in the store. Im standing at the cashier for about a minute before a young lady walks up to tell me there closed with attitude, i said it’s not even 5. she said “yes but we closed the cash already” I said no problem I’ll pay cash keep the change she said “we’re closed you can’t buy anything”. I said so your telling me you close the cash before the store she said “obviously” I wouldn’t be happy if I heard my employees were walking customers while being open. Update all the former staff were let go when management changed hands. They were the backbone of that place and older reviews reflect it. I will never go back. So incredibly disappointed in that decision and the change in quality that's followed. Avoid. From the looks of things, they've also paid for a lot of fake reviews.
