I recently had the pleasure of visiting Coffee Time at Midland and Progress, and I must say, it was a refreshing experience compared to the usual coffee spots we have in Canada. This place truly stands out with its unique and diverse selection of snacks, including delicious patties, samosas, donuts, and rolls. The atmosphere is inviting, making it feel like a proper coffee shop rather than just another chain. The convenience of a drive-thru and ample parking is a huge plus, making it easy to grab a quick coffee or snack on the go. One of the best surprises was the opportunity to play the lottery while enjoying my coffee! It adds an extra layer of excitement to the visit. I genuinely hope this gem gets the attention it deserves because it offers a delightful alternative to the typical coffee experience. Highly recommend checking it out!

Wow, stumbling upon this Coffee Time was like stepping back into my high school days—what a blast from the past! It brought back so many memories of when Coffee Time used to be everywhere, known for their amazing baked goods, especially those huge muffins. The carrot muffins were always my favorite. Seeing this location, I couldn’t resist stopping in for a coffee. The female staff member was very friendly, which added to the nostalgic experience. I also noticed they had lotto machines, which was something new for me—though, unfortunately, they were out of order. The coffee itself was delicious and had a unique flavor that set it apart from Tim’s. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend stopping by to support their business and keep the good vibes of the ’90s alive.

We had an excellent experience at Coffee Time. I especially want to compliment Praveen for their outstanding service. Praveen was friendly and attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Praveen made our day more special by giving my brother free donuts, as it was his graduation day. Praveen said, "It's a graduation gift. 😊 Congratulations!" It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality—Praveen truly made our visit memorable. He is a very wonderful person; I hope he will have everything he desires in life. God bless you, Praveen! Looking forward to coming back soon!

I was so excited to visit for the very first time at 5:00pm on Thursday, October 2, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. While I was standing at the order counter ready to be helped, one staff member (a white lady with short blonde hair and tattooed eyebrows) completely ignored me and instead started talking to other people about their orders without even acknowledging I was there. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge her rudeness at all, which made the situation even worse.

Another staff member (a brown lady) was polite, but when I asked for the other employee’s name, she refused to provide it. Neither of them were wearing nametags, which was frustrating because I couldn’t properly identify who I was dealing with.

As a first time customer, this left a very negative impression. What should have been an exciting first visit turned into a truly disappointing experience, and it makes me not...
