First time there and really enjoyed it. It is a pub like you would find in England. They have a lot of beers on tap. Mixed crowd watching a Leafs afternoon game (they beat St Louis), old Cantonese guys drinking pitchers and playing cards, as well as a Cliff Clavin type loud-talking at the bar 20 feet away but you hear him clear as a bell -- all add to the ambiance. We had the Fish on a Bun with sweet potato fries and the Empress of India Chicken Curry. Both were delicious. The vegetables were fresh and tasty. Lots of parking. Our server was friendly and efficient considering it was pretty busy. We'll be back!

This is one of our favorite places to eat, unfortunately with a lack of child care now we have not been able to visit. I'm sure people bring kids but for us though it seems more of an adult place to be. The food is consistently good however unlike most pubs the fries are not hand cut If you're coming for fries, don't. ( though I encourage you to try the chili fries) They invest their care into the hand made main dishes, and traditional pub meals. Try the shepherds pie, you will not be disappointed. . We will back on our first available date night ! We've also considered having our engagement party here.

The steak and mushroom pie was good too, beef was tender and the sauce was very rich. The band was good and kept a lively atmosphere in the pub. But the acoustics were a bit too loud, it was quite difficult to hold a conversation.

New Years eve party 2017/18 We went last year got our tickets late so there was no tables we had to sit at the bar it was ok we ( 4 of us ) spent over $400 that night This years we got our tickets early talked to the wait staff told them that it was just to of us and we wanted a nice seat for two she wrote it on the back of there side of the tickets we got there at 7:45pm we were took to the back of the restaurant put in a corner could not see anything we asked the hostess she said we have 134 persons to seat and this is your seat and walked a way she came back to take our order minutes later that was the last time we seen her till the food came. no service no sales we spent $18 and left at 10:30 pm Sorry that will be the last time we spend a New Years eve...

I had an incredible time at this pub! The live music was absolutely fantastic, creating the perfect atmosphere for a fun and relaxing night out. The band was talented, playing a great mix of classics and current hits that had everyone tapping their feet. The sound quality was on point, loud enough to enjoy but still allowing for conversation.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our drinks were never empty and offering great recommendations from their impressive selection of beers and cocktails. The food was also a highlight—delicious and well-prepared, perfect for pairing with a cold pint.

Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or catch up with friends over some great tunes, this pub is the place to be....

A great place to go for traditional pub food and drinks. A huge on tap beer selection, top shelf liquor and some of the best staff in the city. They have an amazing menu with chef made daily special selections. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Order the club salad, it's my favorite (although not in the menu). Very accommodating to special requests.

Lucy, Mariya, Victoria, Alex, Stephanie and Giovanna are all top notch servers (I have my fav's) and Steve and Violet are excellent hosts.

DJ's and dancing on most Friday nights and Live music can be found on certain nights. The crowd that visits is mature and respectful. Mostly a 30+ crowd. A must visit if you like good food and a...
