The Collective Art Room and Café is a fantastic spot to hang out, especially if you’re planning to meet with a big group of friends. The space is generously sized, allowing for a comfortable and relaxed experience without feeling crowded. Its inviting atmosphere makes it a great place to unwind and catch up.

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was in order during my visit. One of the most appealing aspects is the affordability of the menu. The prices are budget-friendly, making it an excellent choice for students or anyone looking for a nice café without breaking the bank.

I visited during the afternoon, and the place was quiet and empty, creating a peaceful vibe perfect for anyone who prefers calm surroundings. However, given its size and lively ambiance, I can see it becoming quite busy and vibrant during weekends and evenings.

Overall, the Collective Art Room and Café is a versatile space, ideal for casual meetups, group gatherings, or even solo visits during off-peak hours. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for a place that combines affordability, space, and...

Want a good micro beer? Go to Bellwoods brewery, at least you won’t be scammed there.

1- It’s Wednesday after 4pm, only cans available. I guess the Monday-Thursday Happy Hours actually doesn’t work on Wednesdays as no draft is available, neither service - you get your cans at the bar, more than 2x the take out price + tips even if you receive no service. But it’s ok, it’s warm outside, 1st patio of the season, no big deal. 2-The beers ARE good, so we take a bunch of them to go, including the Origin of Darkness ones, $5.95 each & $38.98 for 8, pretty good deal - in appearance - so we take 8 of them. There are 8 variations of this beer, the description only says 8 for $38.98 not 1 of each for that price, the cashier says nothing either. We pay, then realize the discount is not applied, go back and surprise, surprise this new rule appears like magic. The promo is only valid if you take one of each…

Super disappointed knowing we were regular consumers of...

Service is very personalized and genuine, and the staff are extremely pleasant to engage with.

The drinks are tasty as always, but would love to see a few specialty cocktails rather than everything being pre-bottled or canned.

The entire food menu looked delicious, but the $20 fried eggplant was kind of depressing. The dish called for brioche on the side, but what we got was more like two slices of Wonderbread (our server even agreed that the bread was pretty disappointing). You sell Blackbird Bakery bread at your shop, so for a $20 dish I would expect much higher quality brioche.

Will still come back nonetheless because this place is awesome, but seeing the value of guest feedback, I really hope their team can make some improvements. Give me a fire brioche bun and you'll get a...

Popped in Saturday afternoon, after walking around all morning. Decided to try a couple of beer flights. Had to have a few staples but also a bunch of new limited editions that are always on rotation. A taste for everyone to enjoy. We didn't end up having anything to eat, but they do have a small selection of edibles available that looked good. They also have takeout beer and merch in the front, so you can take some home with you! When we were there, even though it wasn't advertised anywhere they mentioned they were putting on a show downstairs later that night. Went back and caught a couple of great local bands and enjoyed the cherry whiskey sour at the downstairs bar. Underrated cool little spot hopefully they put on more shows and promote so a few more people will come by.

This had to be my favorite brewery in toronto. Not only did it have great beers, atmospgere, and staff, but it even mixed it up with beer cocktails. I wasnt expecting to like it as much as I did but it was perfect with how hot it was outside. The beer was hazy and fruity so it blended well and felt like a frozen coctail which is right down my ally. The atmosphere was great as well. There were plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating along with some comfy couch seating and bar as well. There seemed to be some good boardgames which is always a good touch. The staff was great. They chatted with us for a while, gave some recommendations, and we're fast. They dont do growler fills or else we would have been here all the time. Overall a great spot for drinks.
