ServiceOntario — Local services in Toronto

As with all Service ON offices it really depends on when you hit the office. I walk past this location to and from work each day and sometimes there is a HUGE line that runs out the door and others nothing.

I went in at 2:30pm in a weekday and there was just one person in line before me with 3 staff members working the counter. I was in and out of the office in under 15min to renew my drivers licence and the very nice lady that I had even explained away my total confusion around why the information on my renewal card totally contradicted what was on the website which I was told was TOTALLY WRONG or possibly just mis-leading if you want to be generous.

I think the people who work at these centres face a LOT of angry people based on the fact that the information we get from the website is wrong 90% of the time so we have to come back over and over or go to a different location because despite the website saying a certain location does this function... it does not. I know I was uber annoyed when I moved back to Ontario and had to come back to what I ended up calling "NOT Service ON" 6 (yes I really meant to say SIX ) times at 3 different loctions before they were able to complete all the tasks that I...

Mostly people there are very nice except there is a brown Lady ( she looks like east Indian ) she is so sour and mean , i dont understand her problem she is so rude and dry to everyone . she doesn't look happy at all , every time i go there she has the same sour face and attitude .. I dont think she is happy with her job , but as a customer it is not fair we deal with such a person , at the end we are paying for everything and she is getting paid for the job .

I am giving 4 stars because today August 31, 2018 i was helped by a young lady with Glasses she was so fast and polite with every customer , very professional and she made me decide to write this review . the lady who is facing the front door ( curly hair ) also nice , i have been served by her for years , she is very genuine .

Been to this Service Ontario location a few times now. Small place so sometimes there can be a very long line up. There are a couple of women that have been working there for a while now and they are super efficient!! I really like that they know how to do their jobs. They are pretty helpful and very knowledgeable. There is a newer girl there working but I have not had the pleasure of requesting services from her yet so I am not sure of her efficiency yet. In any event I will definitely return to this location if I need services from Service Ontario again as I am quite pleased with the level of professionalism and efficiency from the 2 tenured women working there.
