Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Won’t be coming back here anymore .

This was my second time placing an order at this location. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza online using the dominos app and headed to the store. I got there a bit early so I just waited in my car till I got the “complete” and headed inside. From me placing the order to the order being completed it was about 13 minutes which was within reason for how long it usually takes to make the pizza.

When I went in, one of the employees was helping out two customers. After helping both of them out, he simply asked what I ordered and I just simply told him a large pepperoni pizza. He told me that it’s in the oven and shouldn’t take long….

…..44 minutes later after just standing in the store waiting for my order and watching 11 other people come in and get their orders (both online orders and placed in store orders) I finally get my order. From the moment I ordered it to the time I finally got my pizza was 57 minutes. I was planning to just walk out if it ended up taking an hour. To add insult to injury, the guy didn’t even apologize for me waiting that long in the store. I just took the pizza (which was already paid for online) and left.

Kinda unfortunate because this is the closest location to my house and I’ve been getting pizza from Pizza Pizza and Papa Johns all the time. But the way my time waiting there was just disregarded was really a slap in the face.

The food is good besides that as you’d expect from Dominos, but this was just a bad experience for me and I don’t plan to come back to this...

I was so disappointed with my food a couple of weeks ago. It was a rainy night and I was leaving the hospital to go home to my family, I’ve had domino’s pizza before and honestly it was amazing. I place my order from the website because I would need to drive past the restaurant on my way home. The food wasn’t ready and I wasn’t upset or anything like that. The restaurant was busyyyyyyy like I said it was raining cats and bogs that night. I was called for my order by this lovely man, I told him thank you and to have a great night keep in mind I was really tired from working in a hospital all day. I made it home and told the kids I have pizza waiting in the kitchen. I open the pizza and chicken bits and I was soooooooo disappointed. The pizza was burned and they gave me the wrong pizza. The chicken bites had no flavor. Keep in mind this is my first time trying chicken bites from domino’s, but not my first time having pizza from this location. The kids didn’t want the pizza. I was so disappointed. I tried calling the store, but I got the runaround. I never bought Domino’s...

CONCERNING AND ALERTING !!!! We ordered 3 pizzas from 1195 brimley Dominos and 2 of my house mates got sick very very badly. When I called them the next day to let them know my concern they straight up said that we cant do anything about that and if you had any issues you would have called yesterday. To which I said if they are getting sick in the middle of the night after eating at 11 pm we can’t call that time, to which the staff named “Nainti” said we can’t do anything and hung up the call. I called them again to say them I don’t need any refunds but atleast let your team know about this and she said just ok. No apologies, no concern regarding the health of clients and ZERO professionalism while attending a call from customer. This is concerning and I hope no body else gets sick from eating here like my Girlfriend and my friend did. Or at least they hire someone who has 0.01% of customer service sense .
