Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

To the owner, me and my friend went to grab our morning coffee were met with the WORST service ever experienced. On 3 different occasions. We figure we'd give them another chance after the first incident, but they proved us wrong. The first time we waited 10 minutes to get service with only 3 people in line, as there 5+ employees on drive thru, and only 1 person on walk in cash. Second time we waited 15 minutes outside the door to get into the store, same employee positions, we gave up and left. Third time was this morning, went and stood in line for 10 minutes, no line, but also no employee at the cash to take our order. 2 employees were just standing at the side talking for the whole 10 minutes, not noticing us, just completely ignored us. We then asked to talk to the manager and we didn't get any friendly greeting, just a blunt "what's wrong". At that point, i wasn't going to waste our time with the woman. I guess this is where her employees get their training and etiquette from. Never going back, telling everyone i know about this horrible experience. I'm all about giving people a second chance, but after 3 attempts, day after day, consecutively, got the same inadequate experience. Very...

THEY NEVER GET THE DRINK ORDER CORRECT! 3 TIMES IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS I HAVE VISTED ORDERING STEEPED TEA AND THEY GAVE ME COFFEE! This has happened 3 times and the location was not even busy! With that being said, regardless if the place is busy or not that is also not an excuse for this type of establishment. I will probably stop going to this location and go to the one in the mall nearby instead. HAVE YOUR STAFF LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TEA AND COFFEE! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A MAJOR COFFEE/BEVERAGE RETAILER IN THE CANADIAN MARKET!

UPDATE: Went back the next day for another Steeped Tea AND THE TEA THEY GAVE ME WAS NOT STEEPED TEA. THEY DO NOT know the difference between the types of teas/beverages and they are definitely putting the wrong teas in the pots to pour out. I watched them pour this one. The pot may have said Steeped Tea but it definitely was not. Not the taste and definitely not the colour. I should have learnt my lesson after three strikes, but this location is definitely out from my business after getting an order wrong FOUR TIMES. More business for the one at Scarborough Town Centre, at least they have properly...

I got a regular lime cilantro bowl with crispy chicken… it was what I said and that cashier put it as that. This lady was making it and I saw she put in the habanero peppers then she looked at the order and took them all out, well left three in (she did have gloves on) she told me to enjoy. I went to eat and I saw three and I am not one to complain usually I am quiet but I couldn’t eat spicy. I showed them and the lady didn’t offer me a new one but instead to add more rice and the sauce. Again I’m not one to yell or cause anything but I wish I did step up because that never solved anything! It was still hot and I ended up dumping it. What made me upset was that the lady couldn’t even tell me “oh I did accidentally put the habanero peppers in but I removed them” and when I complained I can’t even get an option of. A refund or new meal, the were honest pushing me and trying to convince me that the extra rice and sauce will help. Part of it was my fault but still to just think that would make it better and
