If only zero stars could be given.
I went in and ordered a pizza at 3:15pm. I ordered a medium extra cheese and Brooklyn pep with garlic parm sauce instead of tomato sauce. I waited the ten minutes went back in got my pizza and left. To get 2 minutes down the street when my daughter told me is was not the "big pepperoni" , I said its not a big deal then she mentioned it was " red sauce" . I went back to the store and they said give them 10 min they would make a new one. I was gone for 15 min came back , the young man at the counter was frantic because he couldn't find it. After a few minutes, the pizza was located and he opened the box and HE TOLD me that isn't Brooklyn pepperoni . I wasn't taking a pizza incase it wasn't for me. I couldn't wait again for a new pizza annoyed I requested a refund. The store manager came and gave me a refund of $10.15, I got to the car and the amount I paid was $13.27, I then had to BACK IN AGAIN . The manager gave me the change, with the other pizza still sitting on the counter they didn't even offer or ask if I wanted that one. ( as they would be throwing it out)
I called the store when I arrived home at 4:15 !! ( a hour at dominos -ridiculous) Hoping to speak to someone else the same manager picked up and tried to justify the actions and why they didn't offer and how the boy who took my order - why it was done wrong. Justifying the wrong actions tipped me over the edge. She also threw in we don't normally give refunds and we were kind enough to do that!!!!!
I am not only applaud but very angry and will not be returning and will only have a horrible impression of that location.

Read moreI LOVE Dominos. It's the only pizza place I order from. This location however, is terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would... I ordered a pizza the last night and it arrived with the incorrect toppings. However I wish that was the only problem, if it was I would've given 3 stars... Upon realizing that the toppings were incorrect I called them back and asked to speak to the manager. The person gave the phone to someone else who I assumed was the manager and I made my complaint. Apparently that wasn't the manager... When the manager did come on the phone she acted horribly unprofessional and put me on hold in the middle of my sentence without telling me I was being put on hold. Needless to say I called back and began complaining about the horrible service I was now recieving. This manager had terrible customer service skills and was essentially denying that the service was a problem. She was completely incapable of handling a complaint and was extremely rude. In the end I had to get a refund because I was unable to solve the problem with the manager. That's right, the MANAGER was unable to solve the problem... It gets worse... then when the driver showed up I gave him the pizza and they wouldn't refund me for the delivery fee. So essentially they were charging me a delivery fee for NOTHING! (except a headache). Then I went out to eat... I ended up having to speak with the general manager the next day to fully resolve the issue. Firstly, they have a ridiculous “store policy” that after you’ve already confirmed online that you will be picking up at the location, they won’t start your order until you confirm via telephone as well. However, if the line is busy and you can’t get through, your order will be cancelled. Secondly, after dealing with issue #1 and having my order restarted, the workers in there do not follow any standards of professionalism. I watched my pizza being made sloppily, and literally flung across the food station. Quality is not the standard apparently. Thirdly, multiple workers are going between the cash register and food prep with no gloves or hand washing in between. I asked to speak with the manager, Pretti (sp?) and the workers would not tell me when she would be in next, and proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t complain because I received a discount. When in fact I had an online reward that disappeared when they unnecessarily cancelled my order, and was just charged the same amount I was initially supposed to pay.
