Eggsmart — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered breakfast from UberEats and EggSmart ( from this location). I ordered eggs, toaster, pancakes and bacon and sausage. Unfortunately the toast and bacon was never added. I was charged it but never added ( I took photos and a video of the whole order)

Called the restaurant and the so called manager failed to help and claimed the food was there when she checked it. I called her out as I don't have the items I am missing and she still did not want to help out a customer.

Asked for the managers name and number and she gave me a number which was not in service. This is ridiculous and outrages. It's a Sunday morning and u place a order and this is how customer service is supposed to be? I get it. They are in a rush UT cmon. They are supposed to help and not blame the customer.

The driver of UberEats has a camera which showed me that he did not touch the food or take anything from it from the time he got the order until I picked it up at his car door.

This is unacceptable and and very unprofessional FROM EggSmart and their staff. Disgusting. I paid for food and missing food and this staff member did not want to help and giving me false numbers and information. If any staff from uber eats looks here, please reply back and send me a email where I can file a formal complaint on this restaurant and so called...

I took my wife and Daughter to this Egg smart location last weekend and received horrible service and when brought up my concerns(in a polite way) I was met with a waitress that was extremely disagreeable and defensive. When I made my order I asked for my meal and for the hash browns to be substituted with a bowl of fruit, the waitress agreed that they could do that and I agreed to pay more for my meal. When I got my meal there were no hash brown and a few extra slices of orange and cantaloupe with the ones that usually come with the meal. I told the waitress that was not what I had ordered and that at the other locations they had no problem substituting the hash browns for a bowl of fruit. The waitress said it was to late to change my mind and I had to take the meal the way it was. I decided not to argue much with her and just accepted my meal, I let her know that that was not what myself and my wife wanted as she refused to correct the meals. In the end I felt very frustrated and very disappointed with my breakfast and the service. I was also charged $3.99 x 2 for a few slices of orange and cantaloupe. Also there was a few long strands of hair in my daughters food!!! I will not be returning to...

Our first time visiting this location. When we arrived, there was only one other table that was seated and they had already received their food. We were promptly seated and drinks and coffees followed. We ordered 2 early bird specials and 2 kids pancakes. We waited about 30 mins to get the kids their pancakes, and it took another 15 minutes after that to prepare an order of scrambled eggs and eggs over medium. When our order came out, the kids were already done eating. So in total we waited 45 mins for our order to be prepared and served. Patrons that came in after us were served their food well ahead of us. In fact one table that was seated on the other side of the restaurant, came in after us, had received and finished their breakfast before we received our order. The service was down right atrocious. Our waitress did not check in or come around with coffee for a top up. Some of the homestyle potatos were cold, not like room temperature cold, but like right out of the fridge cold, but they were tasty. Despite the terrible service, the food and coffee was good and I would give them a 4 for quality and value. I would skip this location in the future and visit...
