Freedom Jars — Restaurant in Toronto

Unfortunately, if you like Freedom Jars as much as I did, you will be disappointed in the absence of consideration for the environment and customer service. The company does not recycle the jars. This is unsustainable long term. Especially with a subscription.

*Clarification : The pick up jars is NOT offered/guaranteed with an online order. That is what is unsustainable long term.

For example, I ordered online late August and requested jar pick at time of delivery. New jars were delivered but no jar pick up. It was promised the following week, again and again until the end of September when I received an email to confirm empty jars were not going to be picked up.

I ordered from Freedom Jars last week and was genuinely impressed. The salads and jars were incredibly tasty, fresh, and satisfying. What really stood out to me was how clearly the macros were laid out, no guessing, just straight-up convenience for anyone tracking their meals.

I had to change the delivery location last minute, and the customer service was flawless. They handled it quickly and kindly, which made the whole experience even better.

Highly recommend Freedom Jars if you’re looking for delicious, nutritious meals with top-notch service. Can’t say enough...

I cant express how much I LOVE everything I get from here. Probably my favourite vegan food in Toronto & they deliver & they’re so much cheaper than other vegan salads in the gta. They have the BEST vegan Cesar salad I’ve tried in Toronto and its only like $11. Definitely try the Vegan Almond Tiramisu jar which has quickly become my favourite.
