Friends Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Toronto

I used to see this place on my way home in Kingston road. So on the weekend, moving away from my traditional bar, I came to this bar. At first it seemed spooky and all I noticed was a huge rate list and warnings. It was not a Halloween or April fools day, both are far to celebrate as yet. I found a place and sat as there was no one in the front desk. All I could hear was laughing and loud talk and I tried to draw attention, but no luck. So a guest who just smoked her lungs out, walked past. I asked her if there is some who can take orders. At some point there was no service person appear. I decided to walkout and never done this before. Just as I was leaving someone charged out saying she was busy cooking inside. May be the ghosts in that bar were hungry, but I needed service.
