One of the last bubble tea shops in existence that charge a reasonable price (Original pearl milk tea for $3.95 including tax). I've been here over a dozen times and the pearls, tea brew/strength and sweetness is always Just Right. I've tried the mango slush special once, so far so good - a great ratio of frozen mango chunks & ice, not too sweet. Chocolate milk tea was delicious too and I was taken aback by how strong the tea flavour was (in a good way), as I find other BBT shops always seem to make the chocolate milk tea more chocolate MILK than milk TEA. The only thing I'd potentially avoid is the cream mousse drinks, it seems they only add salt and no sugar to the mousse, tho perhaps it was a mistake batch - I've only tried it once. I'm tempted to deduct a star for that, but everything has been so consistent, delish and CHEAP, I just have to give my props. Lastly, service is friendly and prompt, though expect to usually wait a few minutes as it's a pretty popular spot. A must-visit for BBT lovers...

BEST bubble tea in Toronto! The prices are THE BEST in the city for the quality you get. I think they taste so much better than Chatime because they brew their black tea perfectly. It's not too weak or too strong. There's also a perfect amount of creamer/milk in the tea every time. As for fruit teas, I recommend the Passion fruit fruit tea or the Grapefruit fruit tea. The tapioca pearls are always cooked perfectly too.

My only critique (if I were to get nitpicky) is that they haven't perfected the recipes for Large sized drinks. Something is always off when I get a large. For example, there might be too much water or not enough tapioca pearls. Until they fix this, I recommend only buying Medium or small sized drinks. I still love this place.

All in all, you have to come here when you're craving a...

1st visit: Came on a Friday for a brown sugar milk boba (daily special). Upgraded to Medium, came out to around $6 after tax. Delicious boba and milk tea flavours. They had very sturdy cardboard straws that could pierce the top of the cup and didn't dissolve in mouth. Also, the boba is the type of boba I like, very squishy and fresh and sweet. Good amount of boba. Also like the feel of the boba cups, it had that round bouncy feel, like I was holding a big boba. Delicious, would come back again, along with business partners.

Future: Try their mango, taro, and other fruity...

Yummy yummy yummy!! I'm a boba enthusiast and I've been hunted so many bbts so far. They betrayed my expectation that their extremely low price settings should be comparative to the quality. Their $3 drinks honestly worth $5-6 drinks at somewhere else, or even better. The pearls are sweet enough compared to other brands at the same time the drink is not so sweet that we can enjoy the taste of tea as well. The texture of pearls is... amazing. I sometimes leave it for hours but they are still chewy enough. Excellent. Good for a student without money (yes it's me😜)!
