We stayed in one of the apartment in the building for 5 days and made booking through Booking.com. ||||The host Michael was very helpful, whenever I texted him he replied promptly. The facility is centrally located about 12-14 minutes away from Eaton Centre/CN Tower. There are few supermarkets in the vicinity. The facility has fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, cup, plates, dishes etc. It also has washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron. There were plenty of towels in the wardrobe. The apartment well stocked supplies of soaps, detergents, garbage bags etc. ||||We came at the property in two cars and Michael was waiting in his car outside the building. He took us inside the basement for which you have to drive entire block to get to the parking. Without Michael leading us it would have been impossible to find the parking. ||||The rating of 9.5 at Booking.com seems a bit too exaggerated. I would only reserve such rating for high end properties providing much greater luxury. The accommodation was basic. It only had one bed room. There were two sofa beds. Although while I was making the booking, I somehow got an impression that there were two bedrooms – which turned out to be not true. So look at the pictures and descriptions carefully. The apartment is older/smaller than it appears in the pictures. There is no concierge or reception service however, you can ask Michael who was very helpful to my queries. Upon arrival we found the internet and TV not working. After a reset of the modem got the internet to work but for the TV to work Michael had to come to the property to fix. With two small kids TV is a must to keep them entertained. On the other hand the other TV in the bedroom didn’t work during our entire stay of 5 day and we didn’t bother Michael about that. Lastly, the property was decent but the price was on the higher end and at that price range I would have expected something more luxurious. At a much lower price level the 9.4 rating would have been justified but in my opinion the property deserves something in the range of 8-8.5 (in a...
Read moreI had such a wonderful experience with DelSuites. Suelyn Bloye was the agent helping us out, and she did an exceptional job assisting and guiding us throughout the entire process, from helping us book the specific unit we wanted, to helping adjust our check in time, to tailoring to our needs for our stay. Her responses were very prompt (usually replied within a few hours), and very detailed. I had so many questions for her, and she did such a great job making me feel comfortable, and she did whatever she could do to make our stay as smooth as possible. I have stayed at numerous hotels all around the world, and I can say that this is so far the best customer service I have experienced yet.
The unit is very big, and it comes with everything you need for a long stay in Toronto; we didn't have to go out and get anything! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to comfortably cook full meals. The building is very quite and peaceful, and the building staff are very nice and helpful. The room is really big and the bed is super comfortable with a very high quality mattress. Everything was very clean when we checked in.
The building is located in such a great place! We are right in the middle of downtown, and walking distance to everything that downtown Toronto has to offer. They also have a very nice terrace upstairs with a big BBQ area.
I am very very pleased with the service DelSuites has provided, and I will 100% stay with them again whenever I am in Toronto. I would definitely recommend DelSuites...
Read moreMy husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in mid April, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is near the Bloor- Yonge subway stop and public transit and is convenient to a lot of good restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites such as the Royal Ontario Museum (probably the most comprehensive Museum in Canada). The hotel itself is very clean, with modern boutique style, and large comfortable rooms and thermostats that can be individually set. They also have easy to control lighting systems. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and tiled, with rainfall shower heads. Room service was daily, and the maids are thorough. All of the hotel staff are friendly and efficient. We were only woken up once by outside noise (a person shouting), but the hotel offers free earplugs as well as a long list of other essentials that you can request. There is an on-site restaurant that gets great reviews, although we didn't try it. The Anndore Hotel is very reasonably priced for the central Toronto area and I highly recommend it. Paul and Gail...
