I’m a daily customer at Full Stop Coffee on Dundas St West, and while I usually love this place for its great coffee and friendly staff, today’s experience was completely unacceptable.

This morning, I was served by the same blonde-haired woman who has repeatedly been unwelcoming and careless with service. My coffee was served lukewarm instead of hot, even though it was a simple hot beverage order. I didn’t ask to warm up any food today, but based on previous visits, I’ve had similar disappointing experiences when she’s working — including being refused when I politely asked to have a muffin or croissant warmed up.

It’s frustrating because the rest of the team consistently does an excellent job — they’re polite, attentive, and always serve drinks exactly as ordered. Even a new trainee last week managed to provide better service and attention to detail. This clearly shows the issue isn’t with the café itself, but with this specific staff member’s lack of effort and disregard for basic service standards.

As someone who visits Full Stop every single day, this ongoing issue feels like a real waste of money and patience. I’m posting this review so that the owners are aware, because the café overall is fantastic — but one employee’s careless attitude is truly affecting the reputation and experience of an otherwise great coffee shop. This needs to...

The best AMERICANO in the junction I always say. They use dark roast coffee with 1.5 shots of espresso. I take mine black 3 sugars because I like to taste and enjoy my coffee. Check it out.

I owe a part of my daily happiness to Tamara, Martin, Dara and Rain and the rest of the staff. It only reflects on very good management and I support my local business owners . Tips and all !

They have a few new items on The menu that are absolutely scrumptious ! Like pistachio cake and Scones over flowing with cherry filling and fresh almonds sprinkled with confectionary sugar and dont forget the new Apple bread that's getting rave reviews .

This place has it all . The comforts of home with a very casual vibe and plenty of seating. The food is fresh and amazing and my compliments go out to the baker of these extraordinary creations.

That's what keeps me coming back, sometimes even 2 to 3 times a day.

You have to be here on Saturdays when the Farmers market is open. But that's another review....

We were exploring the Junction and wanted to stop for a quick bite and coffee before continuing. We had a bacon breakfast sandwich and a lemon blueberry loaf as well as an americano ($3.25) and a latte ($4.50). The interior was very cute! I loved the mirrors down the hallway by the bathrooms. You could actually use the mirrors to check if there was anyone going down the hall or occupying the bathrooms. It was such a creative place for them! We occupied the space in the back with the pencil wall. It was quiet and cozy. I loved the decor inside and I think it definitely works with the atmosphere for the space. I had my americano black and the flavour was very robust. The latte was very smooth. The staff there were also very friendly and kind. I'm glad I made a full stop (hahaa) here for...

Full Stop Coffee is one of the go-to coffee spots in the Junction neighbourhood. They offer a decent selection of both coffee and non-coffee beverages, cookies, and sandwiches. While I don't drink coffee myself, I thought their tea lattes and ciders were good. The space has airy feel with plenty of seating, and free WiFi for those who plans to do some work or studying here. There's also a large space in the back perfect for collaborative work or group meetings. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the patio in the back opens up when the weather is nice. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. However, because there's usually only one person working, the service can be a bit slow, especially if you drop in during a busy moment with lots of people.
