Worst Pizza Experience Ever – Avoid This Place at All Costs!
I don’t even know where to start with this disaster of a pizza joint. I visited Gino’s Pizza, and I have to say it was by far the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. The owner, a Sri Lankan lady, was beyond rude, completely unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about her customers or her business.
First, the pizza itself was terrible—overcooked, dry, and tasted like cardboard. I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy. On top of that, the toppings were sparse, and I could barely find any cheese. It’s like they’re trying to cut costs at every corner.
But the real issue? The owner. She treated me like I was an inconvenience the entire time. No smile, no politeness, just pure hostility. When I pointed out that the pizza was burnt, she acted like it was my fault! Seriously, who runs a business this way? Her attitude alone is enough to make me never set foot in this place again.
It’s shocking that this Gino’s Pizza is still in business with such awful service, disgusting food, and a complete lack of basic customer respect. If you’re looking for good pizza, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

You should strive for better food and better cooking standard of your store please. After the disgusting food you made, I would rather starve than order from your store. There was no refund and there was no consumption of your uncooked and despicable food. The food went in the trash and there was no attempt to return to your store. I can only imagine you do this to many customers so must have me confused with other people that had the exact same issue. This order was the absolutely last time I ordered any pizza let alone from your establishment. Your reply reads as petty. It might be wise to offer your PR team some professionalism classes before answering any...

The only thing Gino's did was say they would send new pizzas, even though I provided photos showing the missing toppings and to not touch these ones as they needed to be sent back to prove it...so now we get to eat 1:30minutes later... And weren't even compensated...what a joke Reponse to their reply.
I was provided with 2 options by customer service, 1 free topping next time or I could have replacement pizzas made and sent if i provided these back. I requested the new pizzas. 10 minutes later i was told that "only pick-up was now available" which was a lie as i was able to place another order online... They refused to send the pizza and that's when i became rude. By this point the pizza was cold and absolutely awful. The store than called me telling me the Uber was outside...it wasn't i phone back and they began hanging up on me as my number was shown. They did it 3 times.
