I’m giving my rate like this because this place is so rude. I try to speak with the waitress who took my order to say thank you to her when I was leaving and when I ask to see her, they denied her and said she was working and she can not talk to anyone when she was working. They wanted to know why I was required to see her. And I just told them it was personal. I feel I had to say thank you personally but they denied to call her. The stupid women just told me why I did not told her that when she was outside. For me in a restaurant business does not to be like that. If a client want to great a waitress it could be personally or in a peace of paper in my case I feel to say thank you personally.

So I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. Very expensive products and food not good at all. Bad experience for an exception of the waitress who was so friendly with me and my friends. Also they are always rushing people to pay even if you still looking for products. They don’t allow you to seat on the table if you did not order food....

Absolute garbage food , tres leches was dry and the churros felt like bread sticks covered in sugar. Also got scammed on the price I paid 27.29 for absolute garbage of food and the churros were left at the cashier as they are not edible.

The tres leches was for 8.5 I was charged 11 for it .

The churros were 10 $ for 3 and was left as they are not edible . When I questioned here how much was the cake she didn’t answer me and walked away. Only when I insisted and asked for the receipt she hesitated and starting fiddling around and looking through receipts and the trash and gave it to me . When I showed her the price on the menu she said no this is for the price in the restaurant and I told her I’m in the restaurant right now and I ate it here . Totally regret coming here and regret leaving a tip even more . Never been more dissatisfied as I am right now . Really hope they get new management or shut down . TOTAL GARBAGE , do not give them your money ! Dishonest , bad quality and tasteless.

So I have been meaning to step in here for some time. Order the 4 tacos was more complicated than it should have been because even though you order 4 tacos, there are different prices within that $18 for 4. It's possible that when I was charged 20 instead of 18, somewhere in the customer servers dialogue that 2 of the tacos were a dollar extra. However, I didn't order the veggie or pastor, so I was confused.

The 2 counters to take an order are friendly. The gentlemen serving was overall friendly and they delivered the takeout to my table instead of yelling for me to come and gwt it from the counter., I think the staff need to spend time as customers and objectively break down what would be qualities they would want to have when receiving customer service rather than really antiquated methods of making it easy on them rather than the consumer.

The tacos weren't all that great. Chicken was dry, the lamb barbacoa was a better flavour. The shells were a good texture. There is a better option for...
