When it comes to the food, it is very delicious and doesn't disappoint, would recommend to anyone.

However, when looking at anything else, specifically the staff when ordering delivery, it is something that makes me question what went wrong here. over multiple time of ordering at this place for delivery, maybe 2/5 times the delivery was right and fine, not good odds, what where the 3 of 5 times it went wrong? well once the food was written to go to the house 5 down from mine, maybe more the delivery drivers fault sure, but then another account where the order paper said "1 burger, 1 fries, and 1 coke drink", but what was in it? Only a burger, how? How and were did the other half of the order go? Now in another situation, the food came 1-2 hours later then it said it would, [but was at least warm so credit there].

However, on a more recent delivery order, the first order attempted ended in the staff seeming to laugh at us and then saying "we're busy" before promptly hanging up. After a second attempt at ordering food, it was sent, the transaction was complete, the money was taken out of the bank account, and a purchase email verification was received, but then it goes south, badly south. The order stayed on "preparing food" for about 2-4 hours, hmm busy indeed I guess, but then the staff give me 2 scenarios about why it wasn't delivered after 4 hours.

Scenario 1: They said they gave the food to a delivery person who took off after but then just never delivered it after 4 hours.

Scenario 2 [2 days after event and after trying to get a refund for the food that never arrived]: They never received the order or money somehow and claimed us as liars and scammers?

How does these 2 responses, both very different from each, come to surface? Who ever works on the delivery orders either needs to be fired, or re-trained, because man this is just disappointing.

The WORST Harvey’s this location needs to get shut down they’re dirty & rude and unprofessional. They don’t care because regardless they get paid but honestly we should go on strike for this location as customers. There’s not a time I’ve been here and they weren’t disrespectful they’re serving attitude more than food. If you hate your job get a new one and stop taking it out on the customers spending their money. Long story short.. One time during covid I ordered and I specifically asked for apple juice but the girl marked it as pure leaf and gave me my drink and I waited for my food. After receiving my order from another employee they gave me a pure leaf and because covid you can’t give it back so he let me have it, the girl that took my order sent the girl from drive thru after my car to tell me to come back inside over the juice so I gave back the juice but that was her fault not mine. Enter my order correctly. Other than that they take forever to give customers their order like we didn’t spend money to receive cold food and attitude. Hire people that actually want to work and get things done. Always talking and laughing around and moving slow. No matter what time it is they’re going to take FOREVER. I just think something should be done like who’s the manager of this place? They don’t seem to care either the reviews on this location are terrible. There’s pictures of flies and just terrible service comments. I stopped coming here but I know people that do doordash at this location and they get disrespected as a driver that’s ridiculous it’s not even...

This location is GREAT for the flame-grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, and chicken as it’s attached to a Swiss Chalet. Also, CONVENIENT for the hungry shoppers from the [Stockyards Village] very popular and customer-favourite retail stores at the corner down the street.

I’ve ordered food from here a handful of times, and every time I’ve had somewhat good service from the staff. The food itself was fairly tasty and made to my personal perfection.

I found my first combo meal substituted with a poutine instead of fries to be quite expensive. However, it may be worth it because I generally have a hard time eating my whole combo meal in one sitting.

Since I’ve taken this fact into consideration, I stopped ordering combo meals with poutine substitutes. Personally, I started taking a very huge liking to the poutines. In fact, I like the poutines so much that I’ve only been ordering a regular sized each and every time I come by here. THEY ARE SO SO GOOD!!
