The teas have good flavour but are comparable to other tea places in the area. TLDR: instead go to Hero Tea or ChaHalo, which are both across the street. Same quality tea, WAY WAY WAY better service and wait times. Here’s ALL the bad: My god the service here is absolutely awful. From the moment you walk in, there is a confusing line system that doesn’t properly separate the order line from the waiting line. It leads to people piling into the entrance area and clogging up what little space exists because it’s not clear where you’re supposed to go to line up to order. The menu and ordering process is a complete gongshow. There only 1 menu in front of the cash register, so you can’t even see what their menu is as you’re lining up. Theres multiple TVs all over the place, and NONE of them even show the menu. Once you’re at the front of the line you’ll notice that there’s no pictures of anything on the actual menu, and better yet, there’s also no descriptions of anything lmfao. Your cashier is asking me what my order is and I haven’t even had time to look at, let alone decipher what your confusing menu sells. It shouldn’t be this hard to order something so simple. When we tried to ask the cashier what something was: 1. We couldn’t hear him because the cash register is weirdly on an elevated platform. He has to bend over and yell because of the distance and the noise in the store. 2. He doesn’t understand the menu himself when we asked him what something was, so he had to ask his colleague. The cash register is way understaffed. You absolutely need to have more than 1 person at the front with the volume you have, or have multiple order kiosks (there were none). I’m not downloading an app to order a bubble tea. After you’re doing ordering, they don’t even announce it when your drink is ready. Instead they display the order on an order board. They make no effort to hand you your drink when it’s ready, instead relying on one person that you have to talk to in order to see if your drink is actually ready. By the way, we waited 15 minutes šŸ˜‚ Overall this place is run horribly and it doesn’t deserve your business. AVOID

Emmm so forgot to write a review, and rlly don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, but like mannn this was super disappointing… I went during the opening, so it was quite crowded, I remember that I waited in line close to the doors (specifically 4:47pm-6:38pm), which was freezing. Like I get that it’s the opening so I did expect a huge line, but the whole waiting for drink process was a mess, where you have to constantly remind them of your drink so they actually don’t forget to make it?? Also tell me why did I get charged extra for the cloud on the ā€œcloud crisp grapeā€?? And they also told me they ran out of the purple grapes, so that took them a while, which could have been on the screens, so we would know while we’re waiting to order something else or such, and again, they said the cloud would charge $2-$3 from what I remember, like I thought I was ordering ā€œcloud crisp grapeā€, so that should be included in the price, since the drink is already so expensive?? But since I already waited for so long, I agreed to it, but in general there’s not a lot of flavor to the drink and it was a huge let down, which was disappointing, cuz I was so excited, since I had hey tea in Guangzhou, but the two are so different :(

Today was my first time visiting this Bubble Tea place, and here’s my honest review. First of all, I was lucky there was no line, because I often pass by this spot and it’s usually busy. Today was the first time I actually managed to get in. When I ordered my drink, I specifically asked if it came with any toppings, and I was told it didn’t. So I added Brown Sugar Pearls for an extra $1.50 — which, to be honest, is way overpriced. That’s about twice as much as in other places. In the end, the drink already had some tapioca pearls in it, so I basically overpaid for something I didn’t need. The total came to a bit over $10, even though the base price of the drink was $7.99. As for the interior — it’s beautiful, probably the only thing that deserves one star. The staff inside were shouting so loudly that I thought I’d lose my hearing. If you sit near the pick-up counter, be prepared to leave half-deaf. Would I come back? I doubt it. For this price, I can get a much better drink that actually matches its value. Unfortunately, this one didn’t. Pros: nice interior. Cons: extremely loud, poor communication, overpriced, long lines, and the taste is barely one star.
