Food: The sides dishes were on the blander side of other Korean food I've had. Kimchi was very mild, tofu was good, beansprouts were okay, radish was as if it hadn't been seasoned. We were sat down around 6:30 PM and didn't receive our food until an hour later. Came here with my husband; I ordered the soondubu, him the gamjatang. They ran out of gamjatang and didn't realize until 30 minutes in; we both ended up with the soondubu but served 10 minutes apart. My soondubu was way too salty and my husband's was very bland. At least they came by to refill our water. Service: We were greeted and sat down immediately. Server came by and offered cold water or hot tea; came back later with side dishes. Servers were nice and doing their best given the circumstances, however, overall it was not a pleasant experience. Servers did not come back to see if we were ready to order; they had to be waved down. Atmosphere: Fairly clean and good lighting throughout. Could do better with a curtain between the dining area and kitchen. They played current Kpop hits. TLDR: Food is inconsistent in flavour, takes too long to get to tables. Servers were nice, however, inattentive. I really wanted to like this restaurant but management needs to take some lessons for this restaurant to be successful. For one, they seemed to be understaffed; two, need better communication between back of house and customers; three, should have enough ingredients to serve guests considering the menu only has 5 items (and the cold noodles weren't available); and four, change operating hours if you cannot handle the amount of food preparation needed to serve guests in a timely fashion.

I've been craving for pork bone soup for the longest time. The other place I went and ordered was so spicy that I couldn't even take 2 bites. The pork bone soup here is great. Nice hot temperature and mildish spicy which I could handle. There was lots of meat on the pork bones with the meat easily falling off the bones. There were vegetables in it, not just meat. The soup was not too spicy and came with a bowl a rice. The spices on top of the dish was different that I'm not used to and wasn't a total fan of but overall the dish was great and would definitely return to have more. Perfect winter food. I just noticed that other reviews had different side dishes than me and I do like bean sprouts. Well it doesn't matter since the food provided was more than enough for 1 person to eat. The service was attentive. The only thing is that I did enter the restaurant at 12 noon with no one in the place and wasn't served my ordered meal until 12:35. I would have expected faster plating service. Overall very good. I expect them to improve over time and look forward to my next visit. One thing that does bother me is that whenever I walk by there are empty seats but all the tables are full of dirty dishes. This needs to be addressed and cleaned immediately. It turns people off when they see the restaurant full of dirty dishes.

We walked in a cold windy evening. Ordered the seafood tofu soup, seafood pancake and the cold bibimbap. The food was good. Comparable to most Korean restaurants. We weren’t disappointed. I only wish this restaurant would lower the prices. Most dishes on their menu are $20 plus! We weren’t disappointed two people and we only ordered these three dishes and one ginger ale and our bill came up to $75 and with tips upto $90. Even in a 5 star restaurant if I order two mains and one appetiser, the bill won’t come upto $75. So I hope this restaurant would consider lowering prices. People may still come but they may not establish a loyal clientele with prices being sky high! Food isn’t good and so is the service! The prices put a dent in my pocket and it comes from someone who loves eating out and has a good job. $100 for one meal for two is just insane and unacceptable! Also the portion don’t justify the price! The bibimbap bowl looked big but was shallow! So was the stone pot of tofu soup!
