My experience was pretty bad- I would not suggest ordering from here if you have any food allergies. Apparently their staff do not read orders or take any precautions for allergy requests on orders. My company ordered catering to our office with 3 weeks notice, I have a very severe gluten allergy (celiac disease) on the menu I ordered the shawarma chicken salad, it notates it’s gluten free and has no “ fried onions” when our ordered arrived my food was packaged and notated as gluten free, there was multiple areas where this allergy was notated. Seems their staff just ignored it- it’s a good thing I didn’t eat any of my meal as I noticed there were fried onions on it. When I called the restaurant directly the staff member and manager basically said oops our bad yeah it’s not actually gluten free with the added fried onions. They didn’t really offer any sympathy or compensation just said sorry. I don’t think they understand the severity of people’s allergies, had I attempted to eat the salad I would have been extremely sick and had to leave work. Please train your staff to check orders before packing them and DO NOT label a meal as gluten free when is...
Read moreWe were at Great Lakes Brewing Pub nearby a couple weeks ago thinking to have a chill lunch but realized they didn't serve food at that location, just drinks, but they allowed you to bring your own food/get takeout and eat there. So we quickly ordered on Uber Eats from Holy Perogy because it was super close and we needed to feed our girls. They had a BOGO deal on some salads so we tried the Mediterranean roasted veg salad as well as the truffle mushroom perogies. I didn't expect much really, but when we got the food and tasted it, I was so pleasantly surprised and it hit the spots I didn't know needed hitting! The salad was so tasty and the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. And the perogies? It was like eating a truffle mushroom pasta..and you could pretend the perogies were raviolis haha. Anyway it def made me want to come back to try all the...
Read moreMy order from Uber eats had so much sauce it was pooling an inch deep in the bottom like soup.
The jerk sauce was way too powerful- too sweet & concentrated in flavour especially for the excessive amount they added & whoever prepared my order added the “holy aioli” sauce in an amount i would expect on a dish of pasta…….
Absolutely disgusting. And completely inedible. I dried the sauce off of 3 perogies then gave up & threw it away. Waste of money and a waste of food.
If your employees dont care about serving enjoyable & more important, EDIBLE food to customers then you need new staff. This whole issue is so easily avoidable- why are your staff smothering food in exorbitant amounts of sauce?! Do they have no work ethic? They don’t care if the customer can eat the food as long as their pay...
