Title: A Flavorful Journey into Authentic Gujarati Cuisine! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of dining at a new restaurant in town, and I can confidently say that it has become my go-to place for experiencing the delightful flavors of Gujarati cuisine. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat. The first thing that caught my attention was their extensive menu, featuring a wide variety of dishes that truly capture the essence of Gujarat. I started with the classic Pani Puri, and I was immediately transported back to the streets of Ahmedabad. The crisp puris, tangy tamarind water, and flavorful fillings were an absolute delight for my taste buds. It was the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy – a true explosion of flavors. Next, I tried the Sev Tamota, a traditional Gujarati curry made with tomatoes and topped with crunchy sev. The combination of rich spices and fresh ingredients created a harmonious blend that was both comforting and incredibly satisfying. Paired with piping hot Bhakri, a wholesome bread made from millet flour, the experience was nothing short of authentic and heartwarming. What sets this restaurant apart from others offering similar dishes is the incredible attention to detail and the authenticity of their flavors. Every bite took me on a gastronomic journey, reminding me of the true essence of Gujarati cuisine. The flavors were so well-balanced that I couldn't help but marvel at the culinary expertise of the chefs. One dish that stole the show for me was their Gola. In the scorching summer heat, there's nothing quite like indulging in this icy delight. The restaurant's version of Gola, adorned with an array of dry fruits and a dollop of rabadi, was an absolute revelation. The combination of refreshing flavors and creamy sweetness was pure bliss. Trust me when I say, you don't want to miss out on this delightful treat. Aside from the incredible taste, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the menu. The prices were reasonable, considering the quality and authenticity of the dishes served. It's a rare find to come across a restaurant that offers such an exceptional culinary experience without burning a hole in your pocket. In conclusion, if you're looking for a memorable culinary adventure through the vibrant flavors of Gujarat, this restaurant is an absolute gem. Their Pani Puri, Sev Tamota, and Bhakri will transport you to the streets of Gujarat, tantalizing your taste buds with their authentic and well-crafted flavors. Don't forget to treat yourself to their heavenly Gola, a perfect summer indulgence. With friendly service, an inviting ambiance, and affordable prices, this restaurant is truly a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly Gujarati dining experience. So, gather your friends and family, and head to this gastronomic haven for an unforgettable journey into the heart of Gujarati cuisine. Bon appétit!

Went for a dine in but this place is more of a take out place than a dine in. Only a few tables to sit. Good thing we went around 6.30 and found a place to sit. Coming to food, the dishes were good, kaju gathiya was tasty but sev tamatar could have been better. Paratha were soft and fluffly and bajri rotla was also good. Only thing we did not like was the curd we ordered for our kids. We specifically asked before ordering if the curd is sour we dont want it and he mentioned it is bland and not sour but when we got the curd it was totally sour. Why lie? You could have simply mentioned it is sour and we would not have ordered it. When we mentioned this to our server, he blatantly asks "what do you want me to do with this curd then?" Not the response I was looking for. As a courtesy you could have taken it back, doesn't take much to do that. Also the items are very pricey for the quantity served. $4 for a small bowl of ghee gol? Really? Sabjis are also very pricey. Can try if you're craving kathiyawadi food and there are no other options but not a repeat for me.

It's heartbreaking to write down poor review but to make people aware I have to do it. Very amateurish and pathetic experience from the food joint. 0 customer service while keeping customer wait for almost 5 minutes without any welcome, I ordered shezwan fried rice and was told the quantity will be enough for a person. Surprised with a small box of food which they charged me 10$, felt like a scam. Where Hakka one and other Indian food Bistro give you big box of parcel I was amazed by such a small quantity. Talking about food and taste was worst experience. If you have ever ate shezwan fried rice please avoid this joint unless you want "wagharelo Bhat". The rice was so soft as khichdi and jalapenos ruins the taste. Not worth for what you pay. Not even worth 1 star. Try at your own risk.
