I haven’t ordered KFC from this location for quite a while so I was in the mood of catching up. But to my disappointment, this place is not what it used to be. I ordered in the app and tried to pick it up. I thought it would be very efficient but my experience proved me otherwise. The minute I stepped in, I saw a guy sitting in the dinning area in the back of the restaurant yelling and waving at customers to get in or get out due to limited occupancy allowed. It took me a while to figure out he might be the store manager or franchise owner because no plainclothes customer has the gut the do that. His voice was so muffled behind the mask that I had to read it from his body language. And when it’s finally my turn to get my order, the service was far from satisfactory. The lady just put a big paper bag in front of me and turned her back on me immediately without saying goodbye or that’s it. I also had to figure it out myself if that was everything or there’s more coming. All right, enough picking on their service and let’s talk about how ‘good’ the food was. First of all, there was one individual fries short. The chicken pieces were so small that they had to make it up for me in terms of quantity. So six small pieces equals to four normal pieces, right? That’s rewarding. Not to mention the chickens and fries were all dry and tough which made me think they were far from fresh. I can’t believe this place used to give me good memories. If this is how KFC going to treat their customers in the post pandemic era I don’t see why people will going back. Read moreThis was one of the worst dining experience I had ever had. We order their special famous delux spicy chicken 3 and 1 Big Crunch chicken spicy. We wanted 4 but as they were closing and we didn’t wanna wait long they suggested us to take that instead. We did and then ended up waiting for 30 minutes. Our burgers arrived cold and dry and all 3 delux burgers were missing different things one had no sauce, the other had no pickle and all 3 had no lettuce, tomato or cheese (literally no reason for them to be named DELUX). We told the staff about this and the closing manager comes in and gives us no space to talk and just hands us two burgers (still missing cheese btw) and told us off. She legit said that this can’t be since she just fried atleast one patty so one of them should be hot while the rest were waiting for 20 minutes. When I told her that she can’t serve us cold food she kept on saying one of them is hot, we are lying and rushed off to the back. I asked them for a receipt they told me that the machine is not working for the past 5 days, I asked them for a receipt for my card transaction (different machine) they told me they don’t know how to get a copy. I told them that I need a proof of purchase, so they finally let me take a picture of my order in their pos.
This was absolutely frustrating, we were ready to hand in all our food but they didn’t even bother listening to us. Trust me, just order from a different place or go to the McDonald...
Read moreThey don’t even deserve 1 star. I placed an order through the mobile app for the first time. And when i get to the store it wasn’t even ready or being made. I ordered around 5:10pm and the app says it should be ready in approximately 15 minutes from when you place your order. I get there around 6 and wait at the online order pick up line. Staff doesn’t even look there or ask if you are waiting for something. Eventually i get one of their attention, she asks for my name and tells the back of the house there is a pick up. 5 minutes later she comes back and asks me my name again. At this point she had already given the people behind me their orders (orders that were placed in store). I ask her how much longer and she cant give me a proper answer. I don’t understand why people that ordered in store get their order before someone that ordered online. My order should have been waiting on the counter by the time i got there. App says 15 minutes and i gave them almost an hour. How slow is the service? Orders should be made in the order it was placed! Staff tells me it’s not ready because it is busy.
