Taco Bell — Restaurant in Toronto

I have been to many Taco Bell locations, and this is the first time I’ve felt genuinely disappointed multiple times in a row. I placed an order through Uber Eats but received only part of the order, with several items missing and even some items I never ordered.

I attempted calling the restaurant about four times before finally reaching someone on my fifth call. They instructed me to come into the store to resolve the issue. Upon arriving, I spoke with an employee who provided our original order, and then I addressed the issue with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t offer any apology and instead attempted to blame the Uber driver, even though my name was clearly written on the bag.

After receiving my order, I discovered yet another mistake: the burrito had steak instead of the beef I requested. It turned out to be the saddest Taco Bell burrito I’ve ever eaten. Extremely rude customer service. I ordered two bean burritos with a request to not put in some specific ingredients due to religious restrictions. One of the ingredients were still in there, I came back and let them know about it. They replied I never mentioned about it, and when I explained about how I mentioned it, the manager and the cashier stared "Blaming" me that I was lying. Why would I lie when all the times the burritos I ordered anywhere was made with those special instructions. I returned everything but they were cursing me and the manager rudely told he she would do my order for free. She asked the cashier to ask mand confirm my order instructions so that I don't come againg lying. Due to this I reauested for the manager, and the cashier replied that she's the manager. So I asked for district manager's contact, the manager replied saying she don't care whoever I contact so I can do whatever I want. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever got. Stopped by with two friends on a Sunday afternoon. Right away, we noticed the dining area could use some attention, most tables had crumbs and leftover food, and the floor had scattered pieces of chicken and other food.

We each ordered individually, and mine was last. Unfortunately, my order was wrong; it was missing two of the seven tacos. I told the counter person, and they quickly made the missing tacos.

A few other things: there were no forks by the drink stand, low straw supplies, and no sauces were available; you had to ask for them.

Positively, the food was good. Everything tasted good, and the fries were a standout surprise. They were extra crispy, which worked well with the fries supreme. Not sure if it was a new fry or a lucky batch, but it was a nice touch.

Before leaving, I ordered for a family member. That order was quick and accurate.

Overall, it was okay, the food was good, and service was responsive, but the dining area needs improvement. I would probably stop by again, hoping for a cleaner dining...
