Krave Cafe Review Ambiance: Krave Cafe is the perfect chill spot, especially during the summer! The patio is awesome—big and covered, so you're good whether it's sunny or rainy. Great vibes all around. Ambiance: 4/5. Cost: Prices are pretty standard for Toronto. The pastries might be a little on the pricey side, but hey, that's Toronto for you! Cost: 3/5. Taste: They keep things fresh with daily specials. I tried the almond croissant—solid, tasty, but nothing mind-blowing. The iced Americano was good, just a bit small. My friend loved the Danish, though! Taste: 3/5. Service: The service is super friendly and warm. The staff were all smiles, and it's clear they know their regulars well, which is always nice to see. Service: 4/5.

*** MUST DRINK - BEST COFFEE IN TORONTO *** my friend's brother suggested this place for best coffee in town and indeed it is another heavy contender for amazing coffee! I ordered the flat white coffee on a hot day, but I was able to taste the heavy deep rich flavors of the beans, which I heavily enjoy very much so! PROS • cute little cafe with patio seating available outside • their flat white had amazing flavors! • tons of other coffee options! • coffee that doesn't disappoint! • the staff was fun & friendly, always stirring a conversation with their customers! CONS • hard to find parking will be back again in the near future!

We visited Krave Coffee and ordered two croissants, a hot chocolate, and a bold breakfast black tea. The croissants were incredibly fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. The hot chocolate was rich, creamy, and delicious, and the black tea was perfectly brewed. The cafĂŠ has a warm and cozy atmosphere with lots of antique decor, books, and games, making it a fun and relaxing spot to hang out. They also have a nice patio, which is perfect for enjoying your drink outdoors. The staff were very kind and polite, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for great pastries and a charming place to unwind!

A solid 3.5 stars ... definitely better than the average Toronto coffee place.

Along St. Clair, Krave coffee is a nice place to grab a cup of coffee. It has a cute little patio and able clean space inside where you can find a table quite easily. The spot is really well maintained and you don't feel any pretentious service here. The service is friendly and quite affordable.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and dying for a good hit of caffeine, Krave coffee looked like the best option. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted with a smile and I noticed they had Sam James and Sloane tea right behind the barista... that's a very good sign.

We quickly ordered a dirty chai latte and a simple drip black coffee. Quick note... they only take cash or debit!! Both drinks easily came up to $7 and wasn't so bad compared to downtown core Toronto. The place had a lot of clean tables and if we werent heading to dinner shortly, it would have been great place to sit and relax.

My latte came quickly and hot ... the only reason I can't give this place a 4 star is the flavour. Though the dirty chai wasn't bad... it wasn't great either. It was a generic sweet flavour with no spice ... I was at least expecting a subtle hit of cinnamon. I ended up getting my spice later at Pukka but was still hoping more than a generic sweet vanilla-ish latte here.

Overall, cute spot and possibly best spot to sit in on St.Clair but in terms of flavour, other Toronto spots definitely have the 4...

We went to spend the day with our 18yr old Family Day weekend. We left it up to her to take us around to places she enjoys.

She told us Krave was her absolute 💯 favourite spot but, it's always busy she says so we have to see.

It was not busy when we got in Sunday morning. The Staff greeted us warmly. The interior of this place is small but it's so intimate and inviting. The decor is also very cozy and it makes you feel like you're in a Cafe someplace really fancy.

We ordered two hot chocolates, Carmel machiato(sp), a lavender tea and two muffins (raspberry and chocolate chip).

The kids raved about the hot chocolate. My son said it was the best hot chocolate he has ever had. My husband echoed the same sentiments with his drink. He said it tasted 10x better than Starbucks.

The muffins were absolutely delicious 😋 They were fresh and moist.

The creme de la creme for me was the lavender tea. Wow!!! It was amazing. To be honest that one bag could have brewed a large pot. It was almost overwhelming. I took the bag out and added a bit of honey 🍯

The smell was just divine. It smelled like a lavender field. I was almost tempted to take the bag home, dry it out and make potpourri 😄

Our girl loves coming here to study and have her ☕️ and tea and we can see why.

We are told after dark there is music and alcohol is served.

Absolutely a spot we will revisit when we come back to...

So, major disappointment. Came from North York because reviews looked good but they were closed for VIP only. So lame.

Edit in response to Krave owner reply: I've actually heard really good things about your cafe from my brother, who is a frequent customer of yours. So, I'll put the review up to 3 stars; however, I would recommend that in the future you update your google maps hours to closed on days like this. Also, it might be worthwhile to have a Krave employee greet customers on VIP event days because the one who greeted us at the door was pretty rude. Those factors together are essentially what prompted me to write the negative review and I wouldn't give your cafe a second chance if it wasn't for my brother's nudge to give the benefit of the doubt, which means you must be doing something right. So, I will give an honest review when I...
