Pho Concept 100% Gluten-Free Eatery by Riz — Restaurant in Toronto

We LOVE Pho Concepts!!!! Their food has been a household staple for years. When we want to order in, it is always Pho Concepts!

The restaurant itself is lovely, the owners are so kind and they know you personally. They always make an effort to ask how you're doing. I brought an autistic child I work with in the summer to Pho Concepts and they were beyond kind to him. They sat and chatted with him and each time I go in, they ask how he is and send their regards. They do a lot of take out so the restaurant is never too loud or crazy which we love. It is clean and comfortable.

As a person with multiple allergies and celiacs disease, nothing beats how safe I feel at Pho Concepts. They are on top of everything!! When I tell them what I am allergic to they make sure everything is safe. I have never had any problems there which is a rare situation for me in Asian restaurants due to my fish allergy. Also the benefit of having a celiac safe restaurant?? Unmatched! I never risk feeling sick that night or the next day when I eat at Pho Concepts.

Unfortunately, I cannot try the Pho due to my allergies so I won't speak on that. But the rest of the menu?? WOW! Amazing! My favourites have to be the spring rolls, chicken cold rolls, sweet and sour chicken, general tso's chicken, the VERY popular crispy beef, and their pad see ew!!!!! Truly though, you can't go wrong with any food there. It is made with love and care every time. The quality is top notch! Also they are so fast! When we order in, they're always ready with our meal in 20 minutes or less and it is always fresh! In the restaurant it is just as fast!

We all know this place is 100% gluten-free so I won’t focus on that (even though it’s a huge deal and so exciting). The food is amazing! I’ve been probably 5 or 6 times and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Every dish is rich, savoury, and flavourful, and the portion sizes are great for what you pay. My favourites are the pad Thai, the “very popular” crispy beef, and the sweet and sour chicken. Each non-celiac friend I’ve taken here has also said it’s incredible food. In terms of vibes, the store owner/server is really friendly and positive, and loves to give recommendations because their menu is huge. Definitely worth a try, it might become...

I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit to Pho Concept 100% GF. It was my first time dining there, and I was thoroughly impressed.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and I immediately felt welcomed by the warm greeting from Wendy (the owner) and her staff. As a celiac, it was incredibly reassuring to know that the entire menu is 100% gluten-free. This made my dining experience completely stress-free, which I truly appreciated.
