Krispy Kreme Café — Restaurant in Toronto

Everytime I go to this location they’re out of original glaze, not an issue if I was showing up at 9:30pm everytime, that would be my fault in that case, but this would be the third time. so today I went at 3:30 because how at 3:30 could they be out? WELL, they were sold out of original glaze so I asked when some more would be ready, they said they would not be making anymore. It’s a Friday on the day of a sale it’s 3:30pm and you close at 10pm how are you not making more? Is this a managers choice, lazy employees? Are they not made here and maybe they are delivered everyday? Why would you not make more of your most popular doughnut, if you’re open another 6.5 hours? Am I wrong to think this doesn't make sense at all!? I’ll stop going here though, silly to keep coming asking for you to have to most basic of things you sell and...

This was my third visit to the store as our family love Krispy Kreme donuuts. The rudeness of the staff forced me to write this review. This is the only location (which is not even busy) that has extremely grumpy people working. Today I went and upon asking something second time the little angel (Emeraldo I think)got visibly angry that I had to tell her that why do you have such a flat face. Like she absolutely looked pissed .when asked if she is tired answer was I just started ,meaning she didn’t have a long day. But staff,s pathetic customer is absolutely senseless and i would like to know who is hiring them and what do they look in an employee to represent their company.I will not go back to this location anymore unless the store manager calls and ask...

I have tried to get donuts here twice and both times I have been disappointed. First time was on Halloween weekend . I called Thursday regarding the Halloween donuts and tried to pre-order , was not allowed. I asked how to make sure I can get them and was told they would have more than enough but just to make sure come around 2pm as the truck comes at 1:30 with a new supply . I showed up Saturday at 2pm and they were sold out, the truck had not come was not coming till 3:30. I ended up just getting the original . Now fast forward to today Super Bowl. I show up yet again unable to pre-order at 2:30 and the whole store was sold out of donuts… all donuts .. at 2:30 the store closes at 10pm. Very upset with this location...
