Always great walk in service. I live in the area and every time I order, the food is fresh, always arrives hot, cooked perfectly, and they always get the order right. The drivers are also all well groomed, friendly and definitely professional!! Thank you delivery team. Worst pizza and lost money: I had the unfortunate experience of picking a pizza from this location. The pizza was badly burned and inedible. I had to throw it away without a second thought. On calling customer care, I was told a credit would be added to my phone number which I will be able to use the next time I make an order. To make the story short, when I tried to order the next time the customer care had no record of the offer. I even tried providing them with the order number and also sent the scanned copy of the receipt. They were least interested in solving my grievance. The first executive who attended my call was rude and disrespectful. The lack of training provided to the customer care executives was evident from the treatment I had received. Had an issue with a card and the manager or owner of the store told me it wasn’t the machine it was my card and was very rude about it to the point that I made a comment about how rude he was being. When I went home to grab money and return they all started laughing at me when I walked back in! Great customer service!! Oh and when I did return they didn’t even have my pizza ready for me because they didn’t think I was coming back. What a joke of a store, I’ve always really loved pizza nova but wow never coming back to this location! Also dropped one of the handles they use to grab the pizza out of the oven on the floor and the girl INFRONT of me picked it back up and put in on the table.
