I have never been here - BUT! Their Princess Celmentine is unlike any sour beer I've ever had. It is my favourite by a LONG SHOT! It isn't puckery, or sickeningly over sweetened. It has a beautiful citrus hit, yet I still taste the beer. Lightly sweet. A dash of sour. Fantastic. Whenever this comes in stock at the lcbo I buy a bunch. 10/10. Bonus: it has the cutest 'magical girl' looking art on the can. Its a gemstone clementine on a scepter... get out that's bloody cute.

Great selection of beer and available food from the attached Aviary restaurant. Nice covered patio area to cool down on a warm summer day (and escape a little rain) after hanging out at Corktown Common with the family. Highly recommend the Aloha Friday Hibiscus Ale and Hopsta La Vista IPA.

This place is literally my favorite brewery in the city. Prior to being exposed to Longslice, I would have never called myself a beer man. That has officially changed. Come here if you want beer that tastes like a work of art. Ask for Diego for recommendations (the man is a beer genius).

Exceptional Brew Discovery at Longslice Brewery!

I had the wonderful opportunity to savour the Sky Bison APA by Longslice Brewery at the Lesliville beer festival in Toronto recently , and I must express my sheer delight! Right from the very first sip, it became evident that this was a remarkable experience in the making. The Sky Bison APA boasts a delightful, crisp, and invigorating flavor that strikes a perfect harmony with just the right touch of hoppy richness. The inviting aroma and intricate flavor palette truly stood out.

One aspect that truly left an impression was the meticulous craftsmanship that Longslice Brewery dedicates to their creations. The distinct fusion of flavors within the Sky Bison APA and the seamless texture of each sip distinctly reflect the dedication and passion infused into its crafting process. The team at Longslice Brewery proved to be not only welcoming but also highly knowledgeable, enhancing the overall journey. Kudos to John and team !

This recommendation comes wholeheartedly, whether you're a seasoned aficionado of craft beers or simply seeking an exceptional beverage. I enthusiastically suggest indulging in the Sky Bison APA at Longslice Brewery – a testament to the brewers' unwavering commitment and expertise. With great anticipation, I look forward to revisiting and discovering more of the brewery's offerings. Here's to Longslice Brewery for providing an unparalleled and lasting...

I had a pretty bad experience here. The food took a long time to come and they screwed up our orders. My chicken sandwich took about 20 minutes and it wasn’t even that big. Also, they forgot about my brother’s chicken fingers. They also forgot about my stepdad’s chicken wings, but he didn’t even bother telling them because they were going to take long anyway. My aunt/cousin had ordered mild chicken wings, but they gave her the spiciest thing she had ever tasted, and she even eats spicy food. She said that she could taste pepper was made with it; not pepper sauce but PEPPER! The food was great, but not the service. Also I recommend to try the nachos. They...
