I would vote 0 stars if I could. Preordered $40 worth of ice cream (one litre and one half litre) with the intent to gift it for Father's Day. Arrived at the location to pickup and was told they didn't have our specific flavour (why is it available online if they don't have it?). I asked for a refund for the one litre tub and owner/operator told me they couldn't refund because they didn't know how. Owner/operator suggested I come back tomorrow so another worker could try to refund the order. What kind of owner/operator doesn't know how to refund a simple transaction? So because they couldn't refund, I asked if I could get two half litre tubs with different flavours instead. Owner/operator flat out said no and could not accommodate that due to cost.
Why is it the customers fault that you don't have flavours in-store that are shown available online?

Read moreI went into this location and the man at the counter asked what size I wanted. I showed him my birthday coupon for a free ice cream cone and he boldly asked if I had ID. I agreed and held out my driver’s license for him to read.
As he was making the cone, he didn’t seem too happy. The portioning was rather small compared to another location that I went to and he was very cheap with the toppings.
Just as he was about to hand me the cone, he pulled away and walked over to the register and asked for my redemption code from the promotion e-mail. He also asked if that e-mail was forwarded to me from somebody else or if it was truly my e-mail. I told him if was my own e-mail and after the code went through he mentioned he just had to verify and to have a good birthday. Read moreI absolutely love Marble ice cream and I have been in many branches, but what makes me hesitant to come to this one is the customer service, the girls that work in the place are awesome, always smiling and friendly, totally opposite from the old man. I’m not sure he is the owner or manager, but it doesn’t matter. He is rude and roll his eyes for everything. If your want to try a new flavour is a bad face, this when he even looks at the customer. If you want more toppings he complains, if you want it in a cone he says that the ice cream is too runny!!! When I decided to complain about his posture, he said that he hasn’t seen me in his store so I can’t talk about him, and I was having a bad day.
