Masala Boys — Restaurant in Toronto

Caution : To all Customers - THEY ARE CHEATING YOU WHILE ORDER THROUGH DELIVERY APPS.

If I can give 0 rating I will give 0 to them.This restaurant is cheating the customer by giving the false description in the delivery apps. I ordered through pumpkin kart around 11.00 pm - Chicken Biryani.It shows that the order will come in 30 minutes but when the driver reached their I see the notification. The restaurant is keep on delay the delivery to him and I got the Biryani after 1.30 hour.I can forgive this but the problem is not in this.They mentioned in the ad of Pumpkin kart Chicken Biryani has Tandoori leg + Egg + Salad + Curried Chicken. What I got was Egg with odd smell coming - I think they giving 1 day old boiled egg and it tastes BAD. The rice was so oily and Instead of Tandoori chicken Leg they give me a bone with nomeat and in the curried chicken I got only 1 piece . How can you cheat the customer like this ? As we are overpaying to it we are getting not an upto standard service. I complained to My delivery partner They said they will tell to them Nothing happens I know. Worst food I have ever eaten and believe me when I tell you I'm not exaggerating. We bought seafood kothu, shrimp curry, egg roti and fish cutlet. None of the food had any taste or flavour. I have no idea how they received 5 start ratings but I'm convinced these individuals have no sense of taste or eaten good or even decent food. The staff was not friendly and when I called to complain they didn't care enough to engage in a proper conversation. The seafood kothu was just shrimp and missing other ingredients because they ran out of it. Didn't notify us when we were placing the order or picking up. Food was really good! Customer service was awful. First time we went they gave our food away cus we were 15-20mins late to pick up the food. They made a fresh one within 15 minutes but no apology or discount was given. Second time they got the date wrong and accused us of lying about the date. Raised their voice and didn't take any ownership of their mistake. Again, they made us a new one in 30 minutes but no apology or discount was given.
