I recently had the pleasure of dining at Honest Restaurant in Scarborough, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant’s interior is simple and unpretentious, which creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the super-friendly and welcoming staff, who made me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth added a special touch to the dining experience, making it memorable.

Worst and inhumane food the restaurant is utterly worst in terms of taste, portioning and service

I ordered Punjabi Thali $18 (Tax Incl)

Starting with tandoori Roti as said by the service attendant but unfortunately it's a dry,unchewable "TAVA ROTI". If you think I am making things up just look at the picture attached and decide yourself looking at the edge. I asking owner to reply you decide and tell. This it's a misrepresentation and false information of tandoori roti and delivered Tava Roti must be legally handled

The Dal Makhani was uncooked especially the Dal basically not even chewable for human teeth's

Same story for rice may be prolong time keeping into the cooker made moisture evaporated thus unchewable total disappoint. The portions of rice was also uneven seems half empty

The Punjabi Sabji seems and taste like water down and seems ready made gravy

While asking for review the attendant just took off in mid conversation to attend another customer and after went to kitchen which seems very rude and unprofessional kept me waiting in mid conversation I saw them moving around I have to call them to complete reviewing. I do understand owner only cares to do cost cutting in every aspect so might be short staff but running in mid conversation is unacceptable in service industry if want to survive as probably business is already surving to stay open

Please don't spoil the name of Honest franchise as the portions, taste and quality is basically garbage in compare to other branches in Canada or even any restaurant charging such money

I highly not recommended this restaurant please avoid going to it unless you want disappoint and unsatisfaction servered in single plate.

That was my HONEST review. I repeat please don't waste your money...
