Nightmare. Witnessed a dissatisfied customer arguing with a manager, all the while standing in line for at least ten minutes perusing the menu board while waiting to be served. Guy behind me asks an employee why I'm not being served and the employee says to him, not me, that they are only taking drive through orders. My first question, if your only taking drive through orders why are all your doors open and why would you let me stand there hungry and tired from a hard days work, all the while serving at least six other customers, not including the irate couple that were dissatisfied when I first walked in. I'm salivating thinking about a double bacon cheeseburger that's about to be slammed down and I'm waiting my turn only to hear second hand, eventhough I'm standing at an empty cash, that I cant eat because I dont drive a car?? This location has very rude employees and even the managers are on personal phone calls while potentially starving people are waiting to be served. I've been to this location three times and there's been an issue with other customers and myself on all three occasions. The common denominator here is lousy management. They do as they please and the employees follow suit. Lousy service and lousy customer relations. You want my family as customers again you may consider a comp to win us back. Your sign and advertising states your open 24 hrs, yet at night time I have to be a privileged driver or a credit card holder to purchase my dinner? Read moreScrolling through the reviews for this McDonald's, you'll notice the same comments being said again and again. I can also confirm that this is by far, the slowest McDonald's in the city.
You can visit this location in the morning, afternoon, or night and the results will be the same. Service will be slow. My most recent visit to this shack resulted in witnessing at least 10 employees behind the counter standing around talking to one another instead of making/serving food. To make matters worse, on multiple occasions I've heard the employees fighting and cussing at one another.
When your food is finally brought to you, it's typically cold, and often not what you ordered. The fries won't be filled up properly and God help you if you ask for any sauce other than ketchup because that'll cost you a whole 20 cents. Better get back in line to pay up.
What else is there to say about this fine establishment? The staff, for the most part, is rude. They'll walk away from you mid-conversation, give you attitude, or simply roll their eyes at you. Although there always seems to be an employee with a broom in his/her hand, nothing ever seems clean (just take a look at the chocolate fudge station, which looks like someone took a diuretic before starting their shift).
All in all, the only thing that keeps this place open is the location. If you placed this location anywhere in the city that didn't have a lot of traffic passing by, it'd be shut down years ago. Read moreThis is by far the worst McDonald’s to ever go to. I ordered online and it is their job to make sure my food is well close and protected in case the driver decides to steal my food.
Well, guess what happened? They left a bag completely open. The driver dropped my food off and 80% of my meal was gone.
I called this morning after dealing with Uber all night last night where they said that Uber is not responsible if McDonald’s does not secure the bag properly. Uber will not refund me and they told me to reach out to McDonald’s directly as it is not an Uber issue.
I called this morning and spoke to some Asian woman who was very rude. I don’t even know if she was the actual manager since some of these workers live to clean. They’re the manager and they’re not.
She said that that’s not her problem that I have to go through Uber after I explained about five times the Uber said it’s not on their responsibility that it’s on McDonald’s after I continuously told her that Uber will not refund me as I was speaking. She hung up the phone on me .
This is by far the worst customer service ever you do not hang up on people while they’re mid conversation that’s just beyond rude .
If this matter does not get resolved by McDonald’s, I will be reporting this to head office and I will be reporting the behaviour I got from the manager to head office .
McDonald’s maybe better train your staff how to deal with situations like this instead of hiring the first person that comes off the street .
