McDonald's — Restaurant in Toronto

There's always been a poor attitude amongst the workers there... They are rude, or they keep on active till going while the lines half way down the store.

Decafe has always been a huge hassel and they let you know it..... Well we are out of decafe, really? Cause my aunt went threw drive thru and got one.... Or maybe there's some back there... Well maybe you should check before deeming to have none.

They serve it ice cold.... I'll say I'll wait for a new pot, it no worries... I've had a manager and a supervisor approach me and tell me, if it's such a hassel why do I still come back...... Well I like McDonald's coffee which is what you're always advertising right? McCafe? I'm always willing to wait, so why are you both coming to talk to me like this? They then proceed to tell me it's not a priority to them because not a lot of people order it.... "it's not their focus" But coming up to a guest that's ordered, paid and is just waiting for a new pot and have both of the manager and the supervisor come and tell me I shouldn't go there and it's not their focus it.... With all that lip flapping why don't you brew a pot?... Makes no sense. Every other coffee joint can handle having both, never burnt, never cold, never try giving you a regular and passing it off as a decafe, and having raging anxiety for a couple hours.

Just amazing customer service there for real....... The Wosrt Macdonald's location in Toronto and all of the GTA... Too. Bad it's on my doorstep.... Can't wait for it to get...

I am not the type of person to ever write reviews but I also have never had such terrible service continuously every single time i went to an establishment. I live close by and work late so come here after work when everything else is closed, but that being said i just worked 10 hours and do not want to wait 30 minutes for my one meal from mcdonalds..its supposed to be fast food. I am a very understandting person i get sometimes you may have a bad experience at a place but not once at this establishment have I ever been treated like a valued customer or like my time matters at all to them. Tonight i had the worst experience of all. There was only two employees working one older and one younger male. The younger male was good but i ordered my meal and watched as the older male wait ten minutes doing absolutely nothing , not even moving untill he finally put the patys in but actually he only put in enough for one person 2 people before me and then continued to stand around before putting in some more. I waited so long after working all day for my meal and finally gave up and asked for a refund, the older male argued with me about it , but still had not finished my meal and yelled at me to never come back. I will never be coming back an advise everyone else to go to the McDonalds up the street , the time it takes you to go up the street will actually save you time compared to how slow...

I have had some positive experiences here but I had one encounter today that makes me give it a one star. First off the positive, there’s one employee who is quick at serving and very friendly- idk his name but there’s this one Asian server who’s always helpful and pleasant.

Onto the negatives, I order a double double this morning through the Asian guy. It was a busy morning so I’m standing waiting for a while. The Asian guy is busy taking orders from people; the other employee is fumbling around doing basically nothing while the line grows longer. Then the manager comes along and you can tell he is in a bad mood from his expression and the way he’s grumbling at his employees. He then calls my number and hands me a black coffee. I tell him nicely that I ordered a double double and he proceeds to tell me that I ordered a black. I tell him again “no I didn’t”. He demands my receipt and tells me I ordered a black. I tell him again “no I didn’t” and he mumbles “whatever” while rolling his eyes. I was shocked and confused. After that encounter, the Asian employee is the one who apologizes to me.
