Read moreIf you're looking for an easygoing brunch spot with a cool vibe, you gotta check out Easy Restaurant on Queen West. I’ve been there a few times, and honestly, it never disappoints. It's been around forever—since 1999—so they know their stuff. Their menu has this great mix of classic breakfast staples and Tex-Mex flavors, which I love. My go-to is the Huevos Divorciados—eggs on tortillas with spicy green and red salsas, beans, and guac on the side. Super filling and hits the spot every time!
They also do a mean Mexican Eggs Benedict, and if you’re into something sweet, the mini waffles with fruit compote are a solid choice. The coffee is bottomless, which is perfect for a long, lazy brunch with friends. The staff are super friendly, and the service is always quick, even when it’s packed on the weekends.
The whole place has this cool retro, biker vibe, with old movie posters on the walls, and it just feels chill, like a spot you’d want to hang out at for hours. Plus, it’s right in the heart of Parkdale, so it's in a fun, trendy neighborhood. Definitely worth hitting up if you're in the area and craving some good breakfast or brunch...

Sitting there eating my omelette or steak and eggs I feel the same way I felt eating at bramasole in Ottawa 20 years ago.
As another reviewers mentioned I also noticed the hash brown portions have been scaled down which seems odd. The hashbrowns here are one of the best parts of the meal.
Consider this another reminder to the new owners that this place is beloved by the community and a gem of a location obsessed with reminding us to slow down, enjoy life and take in the small things. Its beauty is in its consistency and...
