Burrito Boyz — Restaurant in Toronto

I've had nothing but problems ordering from this location. Their turn around time via Uber eats is super slow and every time I've ordered from this location they mess up the order. I haven't had an issue ordering via Uber eats to other burrito places that are just down the street, nor have I had issue with other burrito Boyz locations. For some reason this specific location is just poorly run it seems, or at least when it comes to Uber eats orders. Like I just want my burrito dude! I order a burrito and a bowl for my gf and I and her item arrived and mine didn't, plus it took 50mins for burrito Boyz to even process my order. Super disappointed, won't be ordering from this location again

2019 update: location is still terrible. When specifically ordering a Burrito Bowl in the Uber app it forces you to select exactly 8 toppings. Thought at first it was a glitch in the app, but its not, its been like this for over a year. I normally order from the College St location to avoid this issue, but they close earlier and cost a bit more for delivery due to the distance. I finally got fed up and called this location to ask about this issue, and the person I spoke to said it was a known issue and it couldn't be fixed on their end. When I pressed to have the issue brought up with the manager, since its very likely they misconfigured the app settings, the person said that the staff suspected the manager at this location had actually done this on purpose to somehow increase sales, and they agreed it was stupid. So in the end, recommendation remains the same, DO NOT order from this location, go to the College St one instead.

2021: update location is STILL terrible. Every time i think "oh maybe ill try this location again" they still mess up the entire order. I got someones entire order, completely different order ID but my name on it, and the store cant/wont do anything about it since its via uber eats. The driver isnt at fault necessarily either as they just asked for my name when picking up the order. Idk what it is about this location but either the dont know how to use uber eats or the management just does not care at all. Never have these issues at other Burrito...

In a city renowned for its diverse and dynamic culinary scene, Burrito Boyz falls short of standing out. With an array of options available that offer inventive, flavorful, and authentic dishes, this restaurant's lack of creativity and uninspired execution left much to be desired.

1 star is being generous.. this place truly sucks! Management needs to tighten up. The first time I came here to order would be my last time. I came with my fiancé a few weeks ago and he ordered a burrito to go. He chose toppings at the cashier and stood aside to wait for his order. After 15-20 minutes pass, he finally asks the cashier for an update on his order. Turns out the burrito was sitting there getting cold, and no one decided they should call out the orders sitting ready to go for take outs. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was doing skip the dishes and came here to pick up an order. I waited 10 mins after I got the order because of my past experience, I didn’t think they would be quick. I get to the store and he asks for the order number. He looks for it in the system, prints out the order and clearly it hasn’t been made yet. So now I am standing here waiting for an order that should have been made 10+ minutes ago. Not sure what’s going on with the management in this place but the staff clearly do not take their jobs seriously here. It sucks because it’s the only burrito place in the area really, but we won’t be back as a customer and I won’t be accepting orders here as a skip the dishes...
